I will be writing a letter of complaint as i have suffered food poisoning waiting for this fridge. I ordered a fridge freezer from this company earlier this week and I bitterly regret it. The first fridge I received was badly damaged upon delivery and had to be sent back. Organising for it to be collected and a replacement sent was a nightmare in itself. When the replacement was delivered, this was also badly damaged and I asked the delivery drivers to take it away. So now I am left completely in the lurch, with no fridge, out of pocket by £280 and no idea when Team knowhow currys will get my money back. I will never use this company again and urge others to spend their money elsewhere!.
