IP & Location Via Skype: This one is fairly simple and doesn't require you to send a link or even call the target (I'll get into calling in another tutorial) if you got the target's Skype you just google "Skype Resolver" after choosing a resolver copy & paste their Skype name (the one that doesn't have any spaces) and click 'Resolve' and you get their IP address keep in mind that you need the Skype name for example John.Hackett not John Hackett (John Hackett is my name not my Skype btw I don't use Skype, yet) if it has spaces it's not what you're looking for once you have the target's IP you can use ip-address.org or iplocation.net or any other IP lookup site to look up the target's IP these sites usually give you a lot of information including ISP & Location.
Note: The target could be using a Proxy or a VPN to access Skype to find out if that's the case go to www.proxyornot.com and enter the IP address you got from the resolver and you should find out if it's a proxy or a real IP.
