  1. Process is the direction and content is the method of travel. Process is which highways you
  2. choose and content is which vehicle. You can still get there in a pick-up truck or motorcycle,
  3. as long as you use the same highway. Therefore, once you establish a person’s process for
  4. any behavior,you can take them there with any number of contents.
  5. Questions like,“What cause.. .” and “How did you decide to . . .” will get you process
  6. information. The best way to discover process is LISTEN. As someone talks, they will reveal
  7. to you their own process.
