  1. /u/IndustryInsiders is a fraudulent vendor on Dark0de and Torrez, who lists Oxycodone, but admitted in another thread that he was selling AP-273. You can read his admission here:
  2. /post/542ff784ca3135fb543c/#c-765311f339ab7bb844
  3. In the thread he is asked what is in his Oxycodone pills and he replies "maps 237" as he clearly misspelled AP 237, or is selling 2-Methyl-AP-237 and that's what the "m" stands for.
  4. Because he is not a native English speaker, he misspells a lot of things and uses grammar that it slightly hard to read and understand.

  6. Here is his description for Oxycodone product.

  17. Pill with imprint K 56 is Pink, Round and has been identified as Oxycodone Hydrochloride 10 mg. It is supplied by KVK Tech Inc..
  18. Oxycodone is used in the treatment of chronic pain; pain and belongs to the drug class narcotic analgesics. FDA has not classified the drug for risk during pregnancy. Oxycodone 10 mg is classified as a Schedule 2 controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA)."
  19. NOWHERE does he mention that the product is not Oxycodone, but clearly admits it in that thread from /d/rcsources. AP 237 or 2-Methyl-AP-237 aka Bucinnazine (you can find out more information on this compound on Wikipedia is a drug used in China, which is an opioid, and has very little data about it's safety what dosage should be used is mostly unknown, however a study translated from China said the starting dose should be 30mg. HOWEVER, there is no dosage information publicly available for 2-Methyl-AP-237.
  20. (you can find out more information on this compound on Wikipedia is a drug used in China, which is an opioid, and has very little data about it's safety what dosage should be used is mostly unknown, however a study translated from China said the starting dose should be 30mg. If he is selling 2-Methyl-AP-237, we have no idea what the dose for that is. When a Methyl Group is added to a chemical, it SIGNIFICANTLY increases the oral bioavailability of the substance and allows it to bypass the liver and could potentially cause liver damage if used for long periods. Without getting too in depth about the dangers of methylated drugs. A drug is classified as either lipophilic (which can dissolve into fats) or hydrophilic (which dissolve into water).
  21. Because liophilic drugs have trouble bypassing the liver, sometimes a methyl or 17-alpha alkalyation molecule is added to the drug in question, which allows it to bypass the liver, but at the same type, it damages the CYP liver cells like cytochrome p450 and other enzymes. If the drug is particularly potent, it can damage the liver very rapidly. Other methylated drugs, especially ones using the 1-methyl addition aren't as hard on the liver as drugs like 2-methyl, which is what AP-237 uses. Because we don't know the strength of 2-methyl-AP237 there is a high potential for is danger on the liver and it would be advised to get a blood test to check for your liver enzymes such as Aspartate Amino Transferase (AST) and the other live enzymes such as ALB, AST, ALT, TP. You can get a very cheap liver blood test from "Health Tests Direct", simply go the ordering page and buy the "Hepatic Function Panel" for $38. You then go into a Qwest blood draw facility, they will draw the blood, test it, and then email you the results.

  23. Methods: A total of 66 patients with moderate and severe pain in advanced cancer were randomly divided into an observation group (34 cases, 4 cases dropped off) and a control group (32 cases, 2 cases dropped off). The two groups were treated with oral analgesics continuously for 4 weeks. The moderate pain patients was given bucinnazine hydrochloride tablets (starting at 30 mg, once every 6 hours, increasing by 30%-50% until the titration volume was reached), and the severe pain patients were given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets (starting at 20 mg every 12 hours and increasing by 25%-50% until the titration volume was reached). The observation group was cooperated with filiform fire needling at ashi point, Zusanli (ST 36), Liangqiu (ST 34), Qihai (CV 6), Guanyuan(CV 4), Quchi (LI 11) and Waiguan (TE 5) once every other day for 4 weeks. The changes of numerical rating scales (NRS) scores were observed in both groups before and after treatment, and the amount of analgesics and the incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated.

  26. You can also read about it under https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/Talk:AP-237.
  27. However, not only will /u/IndustryInsiders lie about the contents of his Oxy pills, but he will not reveal the dosage or whether he is using the plain AP-237 or the 2-methyl AP-237 version, which is much more addictive and potent than the less addictive version. You can find out more about 2-methyl AP-237 from the DEA, who is already aware of this product. 2-methyl AP-237" and look at the PDF from the DEA - which indicates they are also already aware of this compound and could ban it on any day.

  29. Thus, his pills are counterfeit and thus I call on /u/Dark0deReborn and /u/mrblonde of Torrez Market to ban this fraudulent vendor.
  30. Further, you can look at his other products on sell, one of which where he posts "200 adderall 30mg no meth low as $2.50", towards the bottom of the page, he revealed that the product is actually 4F-MPH, and that the dosage is "13-15mg~" of the compound. This tells me he is not adequately measuring his product using an accurate milligram scale and just eyeballing the dosage on each pill. That's an indication or not only a lazy vendor, but is indicative of extremely poor and very low quality control products. This is most likely why his products are so cheap, as who knows what kind of environment he uses to press his pills, if it's a sterile or environment or if he's making it his kitchen. He can just guess at the dosage, throw in his fillers and binders and press them into tablets, with no concern for the safety of his customers.
  31. Info about 4F-MPH: https://psychonautwiki.org/wiki/4F-MPH
  32. If he's not measuring his Adderall by just eyeballing it, who knows how is making his counterfeit Oxycodone pills and under what dosage. There is unfortunately no human information on what the overdose level is for AP-237 is which leads a potentially big risk factor that if he does isn't measuring drugs on a scale, he could be putting to much in his pills, causing his customers to overdose. Although this might sound like an extreme scenario, but there are only around 10 studies on AP-237 and none of them indicate what an overdose amount would be.
  33. /u/IndustryInsiders claimed he did reagent tests on his pills. However, he refused to provide any proof in the form of a picture of the results of his reagent test. He said he got a CoA "certificate of authenticity" from the the Chinese Powder Lab he buys his supplies from to indicate the percentage of the actual drug in the powder he purchased, but refused to provide that either. When asked if he would submit is products to EnergyControl International, or Drugs data dot org, for a GC/MS test to see if what he was selling was legitimate, he also refused this request.

  41. Bucinnazine (1-butyryl-4-cinnamylpiperazine) is a synthetic opioid recently discovered in heroin seized samples in the U.S and in Europe. It was first synthesized in the late 1960s and has been used for the treatment of cancer-associated chronic pain in China for many years. Bucinnazine is one of the most potent compounds among the series of piperazines, which also include other relevant compounds, such as MT-45, AD-1211, and 2-methyl-AP-237, a methylated derivative of bucinnazine. Bucinnazine is considered a μ-selective opioid, binding primarily to the μ-opioid receptor. However, bucinnazine also may share several characteristics with other piperazines, which act primarily on dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine neurotransmission. At the present, bucinnazine is not scheduled in the U.S., as it is not a therapeutic choice for the treatment of pain. Nevertheless, with the advent of the cryptocurrency and the easy access of substances on the Darknet, bucinnazine is a real threat to the public health. This review discusses the main aspects of bucinnazine's chemistry, pharmacology, and toxicology and brings attention to the risk of the presence of this opioid in seized samples. Further studies on bucinnazine are still required to better evaluate its toxicity mechanisms, potential for drug-drug interactions, and abuse liability. Such information will be of utmost importance to guide future policies concerning the legal status of bucinnazine in the U.S.

  43. You can find this paper called DARK Classics in Chemical Neuroscience: Bucinnazine on PubMed - PMID: 34528782. The truth that because there are virtually no studies on AP-237/2-Methyl-AP-237, we don't know if there is any potential interaction between AP-237 and any other drugs that could be potentially lethal.
  44. List of studies on AP-237 & 2-Methyl-AP-237:

  46. "Bucinnazine (AP-237, 1-butyryl-4-cinnamylpiperazine) is an opioid analgesic drug that was widely used in China to treat pain in cancer patients as of 1986. It is one of the most potent compounds among a series of piperazine-amides first synthesized and reported in Japan in the 1970s. Bucinnazine has analgesic potency comparable to that of morphine but with a relatively higher therapeutic index.
  47. The drug was initially claimed to be a non-narcotic analgesic. However, subsequent studies have shown bucinnazine and similar acyl piperazines to be potent and selective agonists of μ-opioid receptor (MOR) with relatively low affinity for the δ-opioid receptor and the κ-opioid receptor. In accordance with these studies, results from the intravenous self-administration experiments in rats showed that bucinnazine has a marked reinforcing effect with tolerance and dependence quickly developing. In addition, the morphine antagonist naloxone reverses the effect of bucinnazine and precipitates withdrawal symptoms in bucinnazine treated rats further indicating a mechanism of analgesia mediated via selective agonist activity at μ-opioid receptors.

  56. I call on /u/IndustryInsiders to put the information that he is NOT selling Oxycodone through his DNMs, deceiving, endangering and misleading his customers and instead admit inside of his selling lists for Oxycodone that he is in fact selling AP-237 and at what dosage, If he refuses to do this, I believe he should be banned from this forum as being an obvious fraud.
