  1. Hide the Drive
  2. - Go to start and type “cmd” and press ‘enter’
  3. - type “cd\” and press ‘enter’
  4. - type “diskpart” press ‘enter’
  5. - type “list volume” and press ‘enter’
  6. (your all drives are display in your dos screen with volume no.)
  7. - now suppose you want to hide “E:” drive, type “select volume 3″ and press ‘enter’.
  8. (A message will now appear in the Dos screen “volume 3 is selected volume”
  9. - now type “remove letter E” and press ‘enter’ (For hide the E drive)
  10. - now you have to restart the computer (diskpart will remove the letter)
  11. - e.g.
  12. - c:/>diskpart
  13. diskpart>list volume
  14. diskpart>select volume 3
  15. diskpart>remove letter e
