  2. 1. Using exercising/game apps that keeps progress of what you do and gives you points to do things like feed a digital pet and etc!
  3. 2. Try jogging or doing workouts with a friend or a few friends! They can help you push harder and even help you out and keep you busy!
  4. 3. Jump roping is one of the more fun and best ways to lose weight as you can burn more calories and fat jump roping than running!
  5. 4. Listen to music or even do workouts that include partial dancing!
  6. 5. Biking/Skateboarding/Skating is always fun to do definitely with a friend!
  7. 6. Play sports you like with friends! It's fun and you can even make some new happy memories!
  8. 7. Make sure your workout schedule is good. Don't make your workout schedule so early that you don't want to get up or so late that you're already tired and just want to sleep.
