Extra Fat are the common fact most of the men and women. When the people became the faty body then they suffer many disease. Such as: Liver, Heart, Diabetics etc. At a time they can not control their body fitness.

Step 1: Control your meal plan.
>Cut Back on Sugars and Starches,
