  2. Extra Fat are the common fact most of the men and women. When the people became the faty body then they suffer many disease. Such as: Liver, Heart, Diabetics etc. At a time they can not control their body fitness.

  4. Step 1: Control your meal plan.
  5. >Cut Back on Sugars and Starches,
  6. >Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables,
  7. >Try to avoid rice,
  8. >Take frees food not including any junk food.
  9. Step 2: All time try to drink coffee or tea,
  10. > Try to get Good sleep in Night (about 7-8 hours).
