  1. Ingredients needed:
  2. - 2 cups of water
  3. - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  4. - 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  5. - Honey to taste
  6. Directions:
  7. Bring 2 cups of water to boil and add 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger and turmeric.
  8. Reduce to a simmer and let it be for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Strain, add honey to taste and enjoy twice daily.
