While it's true that the woman in Spain did this, I don't think we have too much to worry about. First
of all, good luck getting a payment from me... I don't recognize the authority of "my own government",
let alone some notary in Spain. LOL!
Secondly, anyone who ever got a sunburn, skin cancer from sunlight, or the paint fading on their car
can sue her dumb ass into poverty.
