However to troubleshoot some issues we do just need to take a look for ourselves. Because the software is hosted on your server, we do need you to grant us access for that.

Definitely need some more context to this. Although I understand the hesitation when it comes to giving someone access to a server that contains vital information, sometimes it is unavoidable (if) you are seeking help that requires a closer look.
