-1/2 POUND/225G CHICKEN, SKINNED, DE-BONED AND CUT INTO 1 INCH CUBES.
-1 LEMON (JUICED)
-A HANDFUL FRESH CILANTRO/CORIANDER LEAVES, CHOPPED.
-1 GARLIC CLOVE
-1 TABLE SPOON OF OIL
-DASH OF WHITE WINE (DRINK THE REST ;P)
-SALT AND PEPPER
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN A LARGE BOWL AND LET MARINADE FOR AN HOUR.
AFTER THAT PUT THEM ONTO SKEWERS AND GRILL FOR 20 MINUTES (OR UNTIL MEAT IS COOKED), TURNING OFTEN. YOU COULD USE SLIGHTLY LARGER PIECES AND DO IT IN THE OVEN AS WELL.
