Unsuccessful conversions: On a couple of occasions during testing, the app failed to convert a file to the selected format. A second attempt was successful in both instances, however.

FormatFactory is a nice free utility that lets you complete conversions quickly and efficiently. The few bugs we found during testing are offset by its capabilities and ease of use.
