My experience: I am just loving this product as it doesn’t make my skin feel dry or or oily and best thing is that I don’t have to rinse my face after it. Its water and it feels the same on the skin too. I don’t use it daily so can’t say anything about the brightening effects. It removes all my makeup so well without being harsh on the skin.
