If the government did issue sufficient time (not 48 hours pls)and an alternative spot for relocation then the traders crossed the lines of civil engagement by resisting the government. But if on the other hand the traders only got a 48hour notice, the government deserves a date in the court though I doubt the chances of the traders' victory.
