lets say i make a youtube channel.. clearly state that i don't have any other social medias, make an instagram account under different name like freegiftcards420 and say in order to claim gift card, go to the yt and like, subscribe and view whole video. if i state that i DO NOT have any other social medias, can i get banned from adsense? it's kinda like child mother method since they cant prove its me..

Most probably you will. Adsense doesn't want users to make use of just social media oriented traffic and they could be faked. They favor more organic and not what your redirect like traffic bots does

social media is bad for youtube adsense :OO.. but the video could get recommended due to retention.. anyways could the channel itself get banned?
They will report you to YT then your channel will get banned!

Not in my opinion as long as the traffic sources are authentic and niche favored visitors.
