  1. Is what's in the dish sufficient? I'd like to vacuum seal them up for long term storage. Not a complete vacuum of course, just enough so the bag hold the dishes in place. Makes it really easy to handle, lid doesn't come off, and it could be in the grossest fridge ever without worry.
  2. Not much.
  3. You could wrap the dishes in two layers of parafilm and then put them in a vacuum bag and seal them, but don't vacuum it. Just make an airtight seal with it.
  4. I just vacuum it slightly so the bags are tight to the dishes, there's still airgaps around it, and of course in the dish itself. I did it first with one I don't really need so if it dies it's not a big deal. It looks really nice this way and it'll keep them safe until I have time to clean out the fridge haha.
