On July 17, the NFL says Elliott assaulted Thompson at the Canvasback Lane lofts in Columbus, Ohio.

On July 19, the NFL says there was another fight at the Canvasback Lane condos.
"You utilized physical constrain that made wounds Ms. Thompson's face, arms, wrists and hands."
Occurrence #3
On July 21, the NFL says there was a third occurrence at the Canvasback Lane lofts.
"You utilized physical compel that made wounds Ms. Thompson's face, neck, arms knee and hips."
The alliance says it went to prosecutors to discover why Elliott was not accused of a wrongdoing. The NFL was told, "We never reasoned that she was misleading us ... we for the most part trusted her for the greater part of the episodes."
Prosecutors had already said there was "clashing and conflicting data over all episodes, bringing about concern with respect to the adequacy of the proof to help the documenting of criminal accusations."
The standard for indictment is significantly higher than the standard for the NFL to distribute teach.
