Did anyone try running OpenVZ 7 on OVH Public Cloud servers?
Did anyone try running OpenVZ 7 with SolusVM or Virtualizor on OVH Public Cloud servers?
Or what about KVM? If so, did you find it stable enough?

I would not run KVM on top of KVM, OpenVZ should be fine.
Why would you run OpenVZ at this point over LXC, Docker, Rancher, etc..
VPS on top of VPS? Where did you get the idea? :-)
VPS on top of Cloud Server.

OpenVZ would work but tricky with OpenVZ 7 because OVH public cloud does not support .iso image ...

I heard of Docker but not the other two. I do not have any experience with those, to be honest! Will look into them too. But I do like how SolusVM works. Easy to use and does the job.

You could probably get a custom ISO to work if you used vkvm from the rescue mode to boot and install to whatever the VM disk shows up as. Then boot out of rescue and see if it works.

LXC is similar to OpenVZ where it's all running off the same kernel. Virtualizor and Proxmox both support using it.

I tried that but too fiddly. Instead, I am trying to use custom ISO with OVH by using OpenStack/Horizon. Will see how that goes.

Tried but got

Also tried the same with Vultr and got

Anyone know why the custom ISO (0penVZ 7) doesn't work on OVH public cloud? It doesn't say VT is not supported unlike it does with Vultr.

Update: I figured part of the issue with OVH and managed to get the OpenVZ menu to load properly. Still testing it.

I got this far with OVH Public Cloud server https://www.screencast.com/t/lVyttWxM worth a shot. Anyone already knows how to use Virtuozzo and know how to correct that? Others should test OpenVZ 7 on OVH public cloud server. Could be a good setup.
I switch to using a dedicated server in the meantime to test Virtuozzo 7/OpenVZ 7 better.

Have you successfully tried it on openstack platform? I am interested if you got it working on openstack.
We are using LXC currently but to be honest if you a VPS provider due to some limitations for example all vps servers have the same loadavg it does not work too well. For your own VPS servers its great. But recommending not to use it for production for customers at this point until that is resolved and implemented into a release.
