Why you dont choose a green niche ? they are not so good as trending niches but you have them for life ,you will know that people search for them for life
I'll second the cbd oils and crypto currency (although even these niches are somewhat over saturated, but they are still hot).
Once a market is trending, it is usually TOO late to hop on board. You need to find markets that have the potential to trend, get on board, and if they trend, milk them for all they are worth, then get out when everyone else wants on.
