  1. InclusiveHost - WORST experience ever!
  2. I have been a client of Inclusivehost for more than 3 years. My web application was large. It required a dedicated server for the web application, a second VPS for the DB and a third larger VPS for mirroring main DB and WebServer in case of a downtime!

  14. Support with Chris and Danielle was exceptional. I have taken the time (for the first time) to write a proper positive review of their hosting services, here in webhostingtalk (which now I regret). In fact they were so good that I even bought a reseller hosting account from them to move my sites to.
  15. Because all good things come to an end, it was not until 2 months ago (November 2018) , that their support and services hit the skids. Chris and Danielle were nowhere to be found and their ticket replies were very sparse, by a different person. As you realize, my main server had downtimes and I couldn’t get any person from their support to assist me. For the first time in my application’s life, we had a 12 hours downtime before we got a reply. Due to that, I have lost lots of clients. I have tried to contact them via phone (found one by googling it), but with no avail, opened multiple tickets and direct email before I got a reply.
  16. In addition, the CPanel for the reseller hosting was expired (before my planned yearly annual renew) and no one replied for 5 days! I had bought a new license from CPanel's site and re-activated to my sites, by myself, in order to work again!
  17. But unfortunately there is more. After that incident, I was frustrated and started to search for a suitable host. Due to the fact that our main application is complicated and can’t be migrated easily, I wanted to make sure that I will have a proper support 24/7/365. That took some time and the system crashed again a few days ago. Now their support didn’t reply at all. 36 hours down and not a single reply!!! Replication server didn't work as it was working properly a few months back! It was like they were shut down without a single notice. They have even deleted their social account profiles.
  18. I lost all of my credibility with my customers.
  19. Now, devastated as I am, I wanted to warn all of the people that are on the lookout for a reliable host, to just STAY AWAY and NEVER TRUST InclusiveHost!
  20. oh my god.. not good at all..
  21. It seems they sold their business and new owner is not able to manage things..
  22. did you call them on +1.4803821656 ?
  23. Best wishes
  24. Yes I did, but they have auto reply suggesting to "open a ticket!".
  25. Anyway, they should have notified their clients.
  26. I'm really sorry to hear that. Do you not have any alternate copies of your data/site/anything off-provider?
  27. I do realize it's more work and added cost - but if you aren't going to keep a copy of your data off-provider then you have to be willing to accept the possibility that provider could disappear / a disaster could happen / something out of your control could cause it to cease to exist.
  28. Most people in this industry have learned a hard lesson or two .
  29. The problem with my application is that its DB updates every second. Multiple third parties partners push data or pull data from our system. That's why I had a replication server. I had my own backup nevertheless.
  30. Anyway, fortunately I have migrated my application with all of the data intact but with missing 24 hour entries from the DB. I was lucky enough to find a suitable host during the downtime.
  31. I now want people to be warned about inclusivehost and not do the same mistake I did with them.
  32. Thank you all for your replies and your feedback!

  34. I'm glad to hear you had a backup.
  35. Even if you lose some data - say a day's worth of data - that's better than losing everything.

  39. I'm glad to hear you got it sorted! Sorry to hear about your data loss.
  40. That said - if InclusiveHost is no longer around - there's really not much to warn people about at this point. If you don't mind me asking - who did you move to?

  45. I moved to a big hosting company from my country (Greece). The monthly budget went up significantly but they have an excellent support and I can call them directly so I am more than happy about that
