  1. open your notepad and paste this,
  2. color a
  3. netsh wlan start hostednetwork *give your hotspot a name*
  4. netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow
  5. netsh wlan set hostednetwork key=*give your hotspot a passkey of your choice*
  6. netsh wlan start hostednetwork
  7. exit
  8. save the file as hotspot.bat this is very important.
  9. after you have saved is right click and run as administrator,
  10. walaaah !!! you have created a hot-spot.
  11. STEP II
  12. go to networking and sharing center in control panel and select the network that has internet access.
  13. eg, mine is a WIFI network. click it and check the properties, and click the sharing tab at the top . after that allow sharing and select your hot-spot network, {mine is Local area connection 2*}
