The Method
This method is easily put together and shouldn’t take you longer than
Fifteen minutes (Give yourself time for troubleshooting).
We are going to need three things for this method to work:
1. A Wordpress Site (Use Godaddy’s Cheap WP Hosting)
2. A Specific WP Theme
3. Indeed.com Affiliate Account
In a nutshell, here is how the method works: You create a job site. A site
that people will visit to find local jobs in their (use your city/town) city. We
want a domain name related to jobs or working with your city/town in the url
as well.
ex. OrlandoWorks.com, GeorgiaJobs.com etc….
Using our super secret Wordpress theme, we are easily going to create an
automated affiliate website filled with local jobs people are looking for. By
plugging Indeed’s widget within the theme, we are able to generate affiliate
income each time someone clicks our links.
Don’t worry about small affiliate clicks as EVERY piece of content on your
site is an affiliate link. Because of this, conversions are quite high so you
won’t need hundreds of thousands of pageviews to make this profitable.
Setting Up Your Theme
The theme we will be using for our Wordpress site is called JobRoller and
can be found at http://www.appthemes.com/themes/jobroller/ The bad
thing about this theme is that it costs $99… Don’t worry, we’re not paying
that sh*t!
Doing a quick Google search (http://bit.ly/1u4JNrF You’re Welcome!), we
are able to find a “Nulled” version of the theme that is completely free and
works perfectly.
Download the Nulled version of the theme and install it on your site.
Customize it to your liking. The setup should be pretty basic with minimal
to do. I had the site up and running within One minute. If you need any help
just go to the AppThemes.com site and read the Support Docs on the
theme.
Creating Your Indeed Account
Now comes the important part: getting your account so you can make
money. Head over to
https://ads.indeed.com/jobroll/?hl=en&cc=US&grp=pub and create a
publisher account. Again, pretty simple and easy setup process.
Keep this tab open next to your Wordpress Dashboard as you will need
your Publisher ID to integrate with the theme.
Integrating Indeed With WP Theme
In your WP Dashboard you should see a side tab named JobRoller
Click on Integration as I have. Once there you will be presented with the
goods!
Now, go back to your Indeed account and locate your Publisher ID be
going to XML Feed > Sample Request. Your ID will be a very long
number.
Take your ID number and plug it into the text field in your Integration
Dashboard on WP. You can copy my setting if you wish. The only thing
you should change is the “Job Listings Queries” section. Instead of
Jacksonville etc…. Use your City,Town and State. This is how Indeed is
able to put local listings on your site.
Save your settings and your site should be up and running. Like so:
The goal isn’t to make an incredible looking site, but a site that generates
us easy affiliate revenue with little work or setup. Now, you are all setup
and ready to blow up your profits. What’s next?
Building Traffic Baby!!
Building High Converting Traffic
Building traffic seems like a daunting task at first, but it is incredible easy.
For now, don’t worry about SEO and all that crap. Here is exactly how i’ve
been building traffic for my site:
Using Facebook, search for your city, town or state with the keyword “job”
for groups. There will be a ton of these groups that were created to help
spread the word about local jobs with each other.
Join as many of these groups as possible! The more the better….
Each day, I visit my site and find a new listing updated by Indeed’s API
Integration for my city. Find a good one that would apply to anyone without
needing any specific degrees etc… and write a post similar to the
following:
“Part Time Teller Positions Available [YOUR URL]”
Copy and paste this message in each of these groups. I do this daily and it
takes under Five minutes each day. Your traffic will spike each time as
people want the jobs your posted about. When they click your link, go to
your site and click on the listing, you get paid….. How freaking easy is
that?!
Scaling Up To Build Your Passive Empire
Having one site is great a can generate a few hundred dollars each month,
but building a portfolio of these sites increasing your income dramatically.
Start by building these sites for every major city in your state. Once posting
becomes too time consuming, begin using sites like Bufferapp.com or
SocialSprout.com to automate and schedule your posts. Each Monday you
can spend around Thirty minutes scheduling a whole weeks worth of
posts, ensuring your sites are getting a consistent flow of traffic.
Building your empire could literally be done in a weeks worth of time. Start
with one site and learn how to optimize your traffic and find what works.
Take your knowledge and then begin building a portfolio of sites.
Eventually, if you won’t to get rid of the sites or want to cash out, you can
easily sell them on sites like Flippa.com where people will bid on your site
to purchase it. Most sites get anywhere from 612x multiple of its monthly
earnings. If your site generates $100 a month, you could potentially cash
out for $600$1,200 and that is for EACH site you build….
In Conclusion
I hope you enjoyed this method and actually put it to use. You can learn as
much as you want but it will never make you money. Just start with this one
method and don’t stop until it starts to generate the amount of money you
want it too. If you only want an extra $100 a month, that’s great! But if you
want to truly build an online income, get to work and begin building your
empire NOW!

Happy Earnings!
