  3. So the votes are in and the compiling is complete! It feels like the missing link between the exhumed corpse of Grand Morbid Funeraland this newest disc. Still heartily recommended for gorehounds near and far.
  4. Jeff Walker from Carcass, Karl Willetts from Bolt Thrower and John Walker from Cancer participate in this song as guests. No music has been revealed yet, but you can check out the album art and tracklist below. The experience of listening to the opening track is musically masochistic.
  5. These songs are legit and pretty brutal Bloodbath songs, but in their core nothing special in comparison to the other songs on the record. It pairs off quite well with its immediate predecessor, though most of the songs on this album pair with another quite well; they just happen to be more spread out. Too often, the extreme nature of the songs gets in the way of writing genuinely great tunes. Only the god of emptiness will survive us all. That is quite brutal and a graceful end of the track. The hymnic beginning and the groovy chorus are very powerful parts, but especially the half-time part in the middle of the song killed me. The end of the song, and record, is near, and the end of the line is as terrifying as the beginning. It is a brutal beginning with blackened guitar riffs mixed with typical stuff of Bloodbath. Countless bands imitate the requisite characteristics of the style, such as growling and blast beats, but without any degree of creativity or talent, resulting in an echo chamber of who can be more brutal than the other, as opposed to being genuinely better. So who will be our 1? This is my taste of death metal on point, again.
  6. Insanity Remains Webzine: Bloodbath (2018) The Arrow of Satan is Drawn 'Review' - The really good songs here, though, are in short supply. Assault on his legions forever depraved Die Die Morbid Antichrist In the grip of a psychotic wreck The tyranny your gods enrage Vision alter, death abides Satanic reign embraced Grueling torture Death's empire Morbid Antichrist Degenerating, profanity inflating Regurgitating It's time to reach to other side Heart amputated Beguiled You take the morbid rites So I spurn the predatory heavens above So I serve only the beast inside and all the suffering Slow I burn the frail and unleash the fire in rage Slow they burn.
  7. It is the second record with Nick Holmes on the microphone. It is a brutal beginning with blackened guitar riffs mixed with typical stuff of Bloodbath. Jeff Walker from Carcass, Karl Willetts from Bolt Thrower and John Walker from Cancer participate in this song as guests. The hymnic beginning and the groovy chorus are very powerful parts, but especially the half-time part in the middle of the song killed me. I imagine the head bangers during a concert every single time. Listening to this track the first time was strange, but the more I listened to this track the more I like it. There are cool parts, solos, vocals, riffs, beats, and so far and so on. There is absolutely no doubt about it. These songs are legit and pretty brutal Bloodbath songs, but in their core nothing special in comparison to the other songs on the record. In my point of view, this is the bridge between the best parts of the album. I do not know why, but I like this crude mixture. I think this style could be a real killer live on stage. Long parts of groovy riffs and beats leads into a short and crazy guitar solo. But the song is always backed with the spirit of Bloodbath. Mid-speed powerful rhythms with evil background and lead guitars appear the whole time. This is my taste of death metal on point, again. I must say it again: What a masterpiece. The end of the track and obviously of the record is heavy, hymnic, and creepy simultaneously because of scream and chainsaw samples. That is quite brutal and a graceful end of the track. I tried to find something I do not like about the sound. But seriously, and to be honest as a Bloodbath fan, I know the really bad sound of Bloodbath records, but I am liking the muddy sound of them, especially the guitar sound which sounds like a broken chainsaw in a few tracks in their career. I recognize the well-known muddy spirit of the guitar sound, the creepy vocals and the powerful rhythms. But this record casts it into a positive light. The sound is bloodbath the arrow of satan is drawn and well mixed in every sense. The sound is heavy, powerful, just brutal and perfect in any sense. The most tracks are very, very awesome and filled with newer ideas. Fans of death metal music should give this record a try definitively. Fans of Bloodbath have no choice but to buy this outstanding album blindly, trust me.
