Had this several years and its pretty good and the price is better than most other companies. Much data for the buck. But it can be problem with the connection. When you come out in the bush you might lost connection or it become very poor. Thats the reson I now change. But if your area have good connection with hallon I see no big problem have them as operator. I am sorry to hear that you were not able to use your internet in Switzerland. If your data was not working, contact our customers service and we can take a look at this. They dont offer telephone service and they easily make mistakes. The cheap subscription can cost you hours to solve several problems , which are caused by nonchalant slow thinking people Dot know which is applicable here. Dont know either what is their message with the two children they present as their main attraction Go figure This company is the absolute worst -- I have no idea how they're still in business. They're cheap, but that's pretty much the only thing working in their favor. The customer service is just god-awful, they respond to maybe 1 out of 5 emails I sent them, and even when they did respond the response didn't answer the questions I asked! And their live chat is almost even worse, you'll be in line for hours where you can't leave your computer, and then when you do get on with someone they just tell you to call another company, and they can't help you more than that! Hallon offered 22 GB of mobile data for 299 Swedish crowns a month, but at that time, the ordinary price was 565 crowns a month. I paid the lower monthly charge and the mobile data was at that time enough for me, or even a little more than what I needed. The only problem is that the extra data is expensive. Three offered more mobile data for me, for a lower mobile data charge, so I went over from Hallon to Three. If I mailed, Hallon answered my questions quickly. My tips to the company is either to offer more ordinary mobile data in the same mobile abonnement for a reasonable price, or to introduce a new mobile abonnement giving more data every month. They have this possibility, and this is where they can find the consolation in the boring fact that I went over from them to a cheaper option for me. I hope i wont regret this review as i quite recently changed. In the process of my number transfer i been in contact with Hallon support via chat 4 times. To ask questions about my transfer, how it works, about my account and so far my experience of the chat support have been; - Acceptable wait times to get through - Very polite, helpfull and professional staff - So far they been able to answer all of my questions I have only tested the chat though. I dont know how the e-mail support works and i havent even checked if they have a phone number to call. But chat support suits me fine. If my experience change i will update this review. Summary: + Calling and sending sms-text messages to any Swedish mobile number works fine, even if your friend is overseas. The large subscription is perfect ,it has unlimited calls , sms and the data package is the best becouse i use lot of data actually more then for calls and msgs..
