To install, copy the folders to the relevant directories of your server (same structure).
Add: "sv_playlist" "custom/esl_ins_comp_v1_6test" to your server.cfg and disable mp_theater_override...
Note:
Players might get thrown back to main menu when joining server for first time "inconsistency blabla", just reconnect and it will work.

Theaterchanges:
- reduced Supply for AKM from 2 to 1 (matchup akm/M16)
- “Heavy armor” reduced the weight of heavy armor to be the same weight as light armor currently is. Heavy armor will still cost 2 supply points
- “Sights”: Supply costs of the Holographic, Kobra and red dot sights changed from 1 to 0, 2x Aimpoint from 2 to 1
- “Galil” / “Galil SAR” reduced the supply cost of the Galil on both sides from 3 to 2
- “Support” adding the possibility to select a frag and flash grenade
- “Insurgent Support” replacing the AKM for the AK74 to match up with the M4 that Security support has access to
- “M14 EBR” reduced the weight on the M14 EBR to the old L1A1 weight
- “Sniper” adding the possibility to select a Flash grenade
- “L1A1 & FAL” reduced the supply cost from 2 to 1 and reduced weight to match the AKM and M16
- “M40A1 & Mosin” reduced the weight on the sniper rifles to the old L1A1 weight
- “SKS” reduced weight on the SKS
- “Insurgent Assault” Replaced the FAL with the M1A1
- “Chest Rig / Carrier”: HE-Nades first slot only, Flash up to second slot, Smoke/Molotov/Incend up to third slot
Playlistchanges:
- pre round time changed from 15 to 20 seconds - 5 more seconds to prepare upcoming round.
- sv_deadvoice 0 - deadvoice can not be heard by living
- Autoteambalance 0 / Unbalance limit 5 - added so ppl can join one team to go through map/tactics
- Vote failure timer 0.1 - still needs to get adjusted, want to get that annoying "You have to wait for XXX Seconds to start another vote" shit to be gone.
- added sv_nwi_banlist 1 - simple, but.. yeah.
Considered to be changed:
- change m4 of Sec Sniper to M14EBR (?) - not sure about M4 in Sniperslot, what do you think?
