WhatsApp is an instant messaging app that hardly makes any money even for Mark Zuckerberg (he makes like $2 from you every year, atmost).
But Here’s what you could do … ideally.
You could use Whatsapp to promote your website, or your blog, or your stories, or your anything. WhatsApp will freely help you locally advertise any cool products you want people to consume. All it takes is for you to have what it takes to meet the unique niche requirements of whatsapp group members such as students, professionals in IT, Software, Blogging, etc.. and to put a sample of those ideas in a cool irresistible website.
Then, include a telephone number for access to content from your server. You could automate the content delivery to WhatsApp groups somehow . In any case, you have to be highly interesting and helpful at the same time.
Only then will WhatsApp make you any money…
