  1. 1. We attract who we are. We also attract our opposite. This is duality. There will always appear to be an opposing force, which is all an opposite really is.
  2. Examples:
  3. Givers attract givers. Givers also attract takers. Personally, I've noticed that I have a seriously strong work ethic and will help anybody that I can. I also attract others who also have a strong work ethic and will help anybody that they can. But I also attract those who have no work ethic, who come in the name of wanting to be helped but who turn out to be people who simply want to benefit off of my work ethic and just kick back and enjoy the ride. They don't want help. They don't even want to help themselves. They just want a constant hand out. That ain't me, that's my opposite.
  4. Loyalty attracts loyalty. Loyalty also attracts betrayal. Personally, I'm loyal to the soil. My loyalty is often times to a fault. And even though I attract others who are loyal as well, I also attract those who are only loyal while they're benefiting. Once the benefits stop, betrayal rears its head. That ain't me, that's my opposite.
  5. Truth attracts truth. Truth also attracts lies. I live my life everyday determined to be true to myself and with that comes being true to those who are around me and to those who I love. Although many can't handle truth, it doesn't deter me from giving it because at the end of the day, I have to be able to live with myself. I also attract people who tell me the truth because they, like me, know that the truth is the only way any of us can ever be free or grow. But I also have to deal with people who will lie to me faster than they can even keep up with, often times forgetting that I don't forget anything, I have a strong gift of discernment, I study energy (so I know what the truth feels like) and I am a very critical thinker. That ain't me, that's my opposite.
  6. Gratitude attracts gratitude. Gratitude also attracts ungratefulness. I'm grateful for every day I am given and try to be better than I was the day before. I have grateful people in my very small circle who also radiate gratitude. But I also notice that I often manifest ungrateful people somewhere in my circumference who no matter how much I do for them they are never satisfied. That ain't me, that's my opposite.
  7. What does that say to me? It says that those who appear to be an opposing force are not my enemy even though they make choices that seem to piss me off to high Heaven. It says to me that we are all on a journey and sometimes the people you love the most can do things that hurt you just as you have done things that have hurt others who love you, intentionally or unintentionally. It says to me that as long as I am in duality, I will always have to deal with people who manifest to push my buttons. All in all, they're only there to help me work on my reactions to the things they choose to do that I don't like. Why? Because I hate selfishness, I hate betrayal, I hate untruth and I hate ingratitude. All of those (coupled with a few more) make my blood boil.
  8. It's never about the Pusher. It's always about the button. So when I recognize that my button is being pushed, the less I succumb to the Ego's advice and motivation to strike back, the more advantage I have on the game board of life. After all, without a skilled opposition, winning this game would be meaningless.
  9. All of it is in me. The Power to win and the Power to lose. If I focus on maintaining control of the buttons, I will win. But if I focus on fighting with the Pusher, I will lose.
  10. I choose Self Mastery.
