During my teenage days, I used to think I have a lot of time. But today, I realized that time just flies away. And it is so true in the life of many people.
Today, when I see young people and others playing video games and watching movies, smoking, drinking, and roaming without any objectives in life I feel sorry for them. When people will reach my age then the same people will say - oh I wish I did this during that time.
When people are wasting their time then they are actually doing a crime against themselves. They will literary going to feel sorry later. Spend those times and learn to build a side business, spend good time with family and friends. Read a lot and learn new skills. These things matter the most in life.
In today’s time due to advanced technology young people can do wonders. They just need the right direction, a good mentor, and ready to work hard. I know a young fellow who is only 20 years old from the USA and he is running 9 successful YouTube channels and making $30,000/ per month.
Learn To Choose Your Career Based On Your Opinion
If you are from India then parents still want their children to become Civil Servants, Engineers, Doctors, Teachers, Lawyers, Defence personals, etc. If not that then at least in some bank or in some govt. department job.
I am not saying they are wrong, they are thinking as per their upbringing and environment. If you are from South India, parents prefer engineers, if you are from Gujarat they prefer their own business, the stock market, or CA, in Bihar and UP it is all about how to get a govt. jobs.
