I am looking for an shared hosting of multiple dedicated IPs, since IX was acquired by SITE5, i would like to find alternatives, I asked the Bluehost & hostgator, they just have one dedicated ip on share hosting, also do not allow to buy extra dedicated ip. if buy the VPS or dedicated ip, its too expensive, not economical.

  34. why say that? i do not know. do you mean the hosting company will not allow me to assign dedicated ips to our multiple websites ?

  37. Depends on their setup and policies but your use case would not fall under justification requirements for some datacenters for example and thus may not be allowed by them. Also, as pointed out by @Max J. cpanel can't have assign multiple IPs to a single account. Plesk technically can but it has to be within a separate webspace that is technically a separate account with its own resources. And finally, if they did allow and could do this the IPs likely would be within the same last octet and if this was even a thing, wouldn't search engines check that and take away any benefit? If that is the case, wouldn't it be better to host at multiple different locations / hosts around a region vs one place?

  47. you can host with multiple providers. on single hosting multiple IP not possible.
  49. Op just wants to save on hosting services, just order space for all websites and multiple IP addresses. But technically it is not possible, so the solution is multiple accounts only.
