I did not get notification that the month was up, that monies were going to be deducted off my account. When you try to cancel and delete membership it doesn't allow you to. They then automatically re bill you and at almost 10 x the amount of the initial months fee. Then still continue to bill and charge continued handling fees. If you don't pay, they block your account so definitely continue to bill you. They do not make their terms clear and their site sucks!!! I registered as a free membership on 2014 and till 2016 they sent me email saying my premium membership payment not make for few months, stating I am owing them. And received an official email from a collector. I got panic and stress up by them. Unfortunately I'm very lost and sent out the money and after that both Be2 and the solicitor has no reply. I know I'd been cheated but hopefully this website will be blocked in Singapore to stop others from getting in the scam.... Recently I join Be2 as a free member. I made a mistake by signing up as premium membership thinking is a monthly membership. I decided to cancel immediately. Basing of the rules and regulation. Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. I try to contact the Singapore team , they said I cannot cancel my membership as I started using their service but I said the I only use the service under complimentary free membership. I contact their International B2 upon the advice website citizen , copying the police force of Luxembourg. At first they agreed for full refund. However the Singapore team said they can only refund half amount and they also claim they do not know B2 international but actually B2 international is also Be2. I also rejected their half the amount of refund I also request CASE to help me but they claimed they are not local entity company and they could not do anything about it To my surprise, Singapore cannot do anything to stop this scam website as I see that the complaint was dated back to 2012 The Singapore Chinese newspaper has reported my story. Straits Times have contact me that they are interested in this story. I hope I can do something to stop this Scam website so that less Singapore people will get cheated. I still hope to get my money back so I am consulting free legal service in Singapore I I have contact the Strait Times Singapore Press holding to share my story , hope they can do something about it Same here. The fax number Be2 Singapore provides to cancel membership subscription never answers. I have not been able to cancel my 6 months subscription either. Had to cancel my credit card to avoid these scammers to get any more money from me. The modus operandi of these scammers is simple. Inmediately after you join the free service, a fake account created by them sends you a message that you can only see after paying. Then, after you pay the subscription, they wont find you any matches for you, and because the site does not have a way you can find your matches on your own you have to wait until they send them to you, which they never will , you basically pay for nothing. Good that karma exists, and these scammers will get what they deserve. Recently, my credit card issuing bank has replaced a new card for me due to suspected unauthorised online transaction. About 3 weeks ago, I received an email from Be2. Then yesterday, I received another email from Be2. Please update your payment details now: Click here to update your payment details. The bank re-issue u with a new card and new number. Don't bother trying to send them emails to explain to them that you want to cancel the membership or threaten them to take legal actions against them. They WILL NOT cancel the membership for you and they will reply you with all the bullshit stuffs and hence, grabbing more money from you. Trust me, they have their way Be2 is a scam, don't ever ever believe them! And I would tell everyone around me that this be2 is a scam and not to fall into their loop hole.
