Phillip Island - Marc Marquez will have a new colleague at the Australian MotoGP. He was Nicky Hayden, who fills the position vacated Dani Pedrosa.
Pedrosa suffered a broken collarbone injury in Japan MotoGP practice session. These conditions make him expected to be out for three series (Japan, Australia, and Malaysia).

"2006 MotoGP world champion who is currently competing in the World Superbike Honda, Nicky Hayden, will replace Dani in Australia," the brief statement HRC.
Hayden appeared in the Aragon MotoGP as a replacement rider Jack Miller. Rider from the United States can no satisfactory results after only finish in 15th position, 40 seconds adrift of Marquez the champion.
After locking the world championship rider, Repsol Honda is aiming for two titles again in the remainder of this season. The Japanese manufacturer seeks to maintain its advantage in the team standings (Repsol Honda now leads 51 points ahead of Movistar Yamaha) and the constructors' championship (28 points ahead of Honda Yamaha).
