how to reindex deindexed PBN domain?
I was an idiot and made a PBN website look fake. one page, a couple of paragraphs, no pictures. It got deindexed. It has a bunch of good backlinks, .gov backlinks.

I paid a hefty price for it.
I know at this point that domain is poisonous and I shouldn't use it as a PBN, but can I at least get it reindexed so I can sell it? because I think the value would go up if it is indexed v. not indexed.
Domain was "marked" - let it expire.
In other case you will waste a lot of time without any significantly results.
No use as it has already be deindexed. Better take note of the things that caused such and learn from it.
First you should put GSC in that domain and check if there is a penalty and try to appeal it.
This may take ages, but maybe, if you pay really A LOT it's worth trying.
Also you should be building there a legit site (at least that seems to be more legit), when you appeal it (if there is a penalty, otherwise, it will more difficult). You can always allege that you had a placeholder site while you were building the real site.
