However, one day, a real wolf appeared, and the boy cried out, "Wolf! Wolf!" But the villagers, having been fooled so many times before, didn't believe him and didn't come to his aid. The wolf attacked the sheep, and the boy was left to face the consequences of his actions.
The boy realized the importance of telling the truth and being trustworthy, and he repented for his mistakes.
