I have some well converting squeeze pages that convert at 50%>
I have a 10-14% buy rate when users opt-in
They go straight into an affiliate campaign that sends emails on a regular basis EOD. ( First email is welcome).
Now this is my problem,
Once on my list I have around 20-25% open rate and 2-6% (even more on some) CTR.
But not one single sale, these products are from popular affiliate networks that have a proven high conversion rate.
I am thinking it could be the way my email campaign is set up (Very basic).
Its quite frustrating now because I have the potential to make some decent money now with my list. The subscribers are highly targeted through PPC.
I am just wondering if any of the experienced affiliate email marketers had this problem when they got to this stage?
I would like to keep my offers and pages confidential i hope you guys understand
Thanks in advance and looking forward to solving this issue
Hi newmarketer18,
Let me ask you a question. Are you just bombarding them with ads, or are you providing them value and making a connection with them to build trust?
You can keep it confidential...
and I hope you understand that no one will be
able to help you by guessing what your problem might be...
What you need is a list conversion expert, and you will have to
open the books if you want him/her to help solve your issues...
It could be anything:
1: no newsletter format
2: too many sales pitches
3: maybe the content is not good
4: list does not know or trust you...
5: no personal connection with list
(other then sending pitches...)
How many email series do you have?
and who wrote them? When it comes to emails/newsletters,
then you really need an writing expert that has a proven
history of conversions, and if it is not the content, then
whats left? the mystery affiliate programs you say are good...?
I just unsubscribed from 5 lists this last week...
not one of them ever provided any useful info....
one sales pitch after another until I just got tired of them...
I do have a couple of experts in mind, however, they are not
cheap, and not sure if they charge by looking at your setup...
send me a pm...
Great advise here newmarketer18. If you are providing high-value content in your email campaigns and not high volume sales pitches you might try devising a survey for your list that will show you whether you're giving them what they want.
And if not, what they do want.
