As you all know, Port Harcourt Depot being one of the three Refinery Depots in the Country plays a key role in the even distribution of petroleum products in the country. The Depot, though originally designed to serve most of the South-South and Eastern States, has been under pressure to bridge products to all parts of the country due to increased Pipeline vandalism, this scourge is also partly responsible for the present crude stock out in the Refinery.
