Members of the crew never talk back to Captain, they simply carried out the instruction. Captain is the one gives order to crew and that order is carried out by crew, without knowing the order is right or wrong. Captain is like conscious mind and where as members of the crew is like subconscious mind. Order has to be carried without questioning
