Hi I have a 3830 inkjet printer that refuses to print in color - apart from a couple of times after setup. After at day of use where it prints fine in colour - it reverts back into greyscale. Its not a settings issue as they still are set to print in colour. If I hp 3830 printer ink the setting to back and forward to colour - it still prints out in greyscale. If I use the machine just to copy a colour document - it prints fine in colour. So its not the ink level. The ink have been replaced with new ones - same result. I have uninstalled everything - driveres etc - and reinstalled the printer. It printed fine in colours. Efter a restart it continued to print in colours. Maybe its the firmware in the printer that has a bug. It is however running newest version. Thank you for your help.
