This has been a trending topic, and I'd have to say wraith. I only say wraith because of the mobility skills. She can open her void portal dodging potential fights, making her move at twice the speed she is supposed to. Combine that with her ALt, and shes moving three times faster than normal, at a god speed basically. She's a low ren- hitbox, and she has quite a small character model (They've remade it, I know). The other runner up I'd be able to suggest would be octane, but I think coming down to it Wraith would be better due to her ability to escape like a mini houdini.
