Nike Method
Make a new email account and make a Nike account with it.
Go to the product you want off Nike.
Add your Address and Postcode and place your order.
Once the order has arrived go to help, then click contact us.
After this you will be told to add your name and email address you used to place your order.
Now you will be taken to a chat with a Nike customer service assistant.
Next you will need to paste into the chat the following text. Hi I recently ordered off Nike and it was delivered on time and upon initial inspection the packaging appeared to be untampered in perfect condition. However when i eventually opened the parcel i was shocked to find that my order (WRITE THE ORDER NUMBER) were not inside! Please can i have a full refund as soon as possible.
They should reply with apologies and maybe even a question depending on the amount of times ordered.
After this they should then process a full refund that should arrive within 5-9 days.
After you have used this method once, make a new account and repeat the process for it to work again
