Recipes and How to Make Baked Macaroni Schotel

250 grams of macaroni was boiled
100 grams of ground beef
½ onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
100 grams of grated cheddar cheese
25 grams of grated cheddar cheese for topping schotel
150 ml milk
1 egg beaten off
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
How to make macaroni schotel
Heat a little oil for sauteing. Then saute garlic and onion until fragrant and tender. Then enter the ground beef.
Mix 100 grams of grated cheese, milk, eggs and flour.
Insert the mixture into the meat being cooked.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Once thickened, reduce heat, and enter macaroni, salt and pepper.
Mix well and remove from heat.
Prepare a baking sheet lightly coated yan with butter and flour to prevent sticking.
Pour batter macaroni schotel into it.
Give a sprinkling of grated cheddar cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes to change color and look hardened.
Remove and serve.
