That information allows you to log in to a private website where you can see the videos and workbook that make up the content of the course. You can watch them on your own time. You can catch up whenever you like. So how it works is that you watch the video they range in length. The third component of the course is that you get access to a private Facebook group. So the course really is a collection of videos, and a workbook for you to fill out, and a private Facebook group. You watch the videos, reflect on what you just learned and do some exercises in the workbook so you can actually put what you learned into practice. And you get to talk through it with a wonderfully supportive community in the Facebook group! Again, I know that an online course is a new concept to lots of us.
