Big ticket electronics like TVs have uber volatile pricing. After you've purchased an item, make sure to update whatever online price tracker you like to use, e.g. camelcamelcamel or pricegrabber, with a new price just below what you paid. If the price drops, you'll get an auto alert. Most (if not all) big retail chains will refund the difference in the price drop within 30 days of purchase.
