  20. Introduction
  21. If you are like most people who try to make money as an
  22. entrepreneur, you're struggling just to make an income you can
  23. live on. Whether you have wrestled with MLM schemes, mail
  24. order and Internet marketing strategies - or purchased advice
  25. from so-called experts - you've been disappointed.
  26. Worse, with so much "how-to" information out there, you can
  27. become paralyzed and not know what you really need to do. And,
  28. if you know how the world works, you understand that you are
  29. always racing against time. Most of your rightful profits are up
  30. for grabs. But with each passing day . . .
  31. I want to share with you a better way to make lots of money. I
  32. want to show you the same bulletproof strategy I use to make lots
  33. of money anytime I want with almost hundred percent certainty
  34. of success and close to zero risk of failure.
  35. I'm talking about a strategy that shows . . .
  36. • How I can log on to almost any Internet casino and
  37. within minutes generate a profit of at least $300, all
  38. with low risk and a low investment.
  39. 5
  40. • How my protegees and I have set up regular income
  41. streams, sometimes in excess of $10,000 a week of pure
  42. profits, without any employees, overhead, business
  43. licenses or even the need to leave home!
  44. • How to make small wagers at casino roulette and win
  45. as much as $900.00 an hour using a "hit and run"
  46. system with an average time investment of just 20
  47. minutes per game!
  48. • How it can provide the kind of steady and predictable
  49. profits that almost no other kind of business can.
  50. I have discovered a strategy for playing casino roulette that wins
  51. 98.1% of the coups and an astounding 94.3% of the games.
  52. As a $5 bettor, in a land-based casino, you can make a net
  53. profit of $180 an hour using this strategy.
  54. If, you decide to play in the faster paced online casinos, you can
  55. skyrocket your net profits to over $500 an hour, just using $5 as
  56. your base bet!
  57. Right now, a group of select players are cleaning up at
  58. roulette, and the casino bosses are helpless to stop it unless
  59. they stop offering roulette. And they are not about to do that
  60. because roulette is an essential table game in any first class
  61. casino!
  62. 6
  63. Let me tell you the dirty truth about roulette. The casinos
  64. love this game because the house edge is so high. The bosses
  65. believe that the overwhelming house edge will eventually
  66. grind down everyone who plays the game.
  67. The casino's edge is a tough to beat 5.27% on the American "two
  68. zero" wheels. This kind of house advantage will eat up the
  69. typical player's bankroll very quickly. Even playing the European
  70. "single zero" wheels, with their lower house edge of 1.35%, will
  71. destroy the bankroll of almost all players.
  72. Until now, the only way to beat roulette consistently was to cheat
  73. or to find a biased wheel. I won't even talk about cheating except
  74. to say "Don't even consider it."
  75. However, it is not necessary to find a biased wheel to beat roulette. I
  76. have used a number of different systems to win at blackjack, craps,
  77. roulette and baccarat, and I have won consistently for over ten years.
  78. In a contest between the casino and a player using a really good system,
  79. I am convinced that the player can gain a definite edge, especially if
  80. the house edge is less than 2 percent.
  81. However, the proof that any system is bound to fail is based on a
  82. computerized betting simulation of possible outcomes. These
  83. simulations are unrealistic in that they can't test what skillful handing of
  84. a gaming contest will entail
  85. 7
  86. Individuals have a number of options that simulations do not consider.
  87. A player may quit at the "right time." He may adjust or change his bet
  88. selection methods to respond to changing conditions in the game he is
  89. playing. He may raise or lower his bets as circumstances indicate. He
  90. has the option of pulling off losing tables, with only modest losses.
  91. Conversely, he may go for blood during winnings sessions. He may
  92. lock up profits and limit losses.
  93. The Target Roulette Strategy combines many of these "player
  94. strengths" to reduce the house edge to close to zero. Then, using
  95. specific betting strategies, the player can actually gain an advantage
  96. over the house. The result is that the player can win far higher
  97. amounts much more consistently than conventional analysis of
  98. roulette would predict.
  99. Once you have absorbed how to play and what to do under different
  100. circumstances, and practiced your skill to make sure that you can play
  101. under casino conditions, you will be ready to take on the casinos.
  102. 8
  103. The Target Roulette Strategy was developed over a period of
  104. several years and is designed specifically to beat the roulette game.
  105. The strategy is completely
  106. described in the manual, Target
  107. Roulette. The report you hold in
  108. your hands is a supplement to the
  109. Target Roulette manual. The manual
  110. gives complete details on how to use
  111. the strategy and provides definitive
  112. proof that the strategy works.
  113. Before you can implement the
  114. suggestions in this report, you
  115. should first learn the Target Roulette
  116. Strategy.
  117. The Target Roulette Strategy is a flexible system that can be tailored to
  118. fit just about any playing level. It can be used at roulette tables with $1
  119. bet minimums, $5 minimums, $10 minimum wagers and so on.
  120. This manual may be accessed online at:
  121. http://www.TargetRoulette.com
  122. This dynamic strategy provides consistent reliable winnings and has
  123. built-in safeguards against losses. Because it provides a predictable
  124. string of winnings, it is possible to use the strategy to make large
  125. amounts of money.
  126. 9
  127. Target Roulette Uses A Proven System
  128. to Amass High Winnings
  129. The Target Roulette Strategy uses a simple, but proven
  130. method, of targeting certain numbers on every roulette wheel
  131. and then using this knowledge to run up huge winnings.
  132. There is never any reason to stand around and record
  133. roulette spins.
  134. With this dynamic method, you can start beating the roulette
  135. game as soon as you begin playing! Best of all, there is not a
  136. thing the casinos can do to stop you!
  137. • Using this proven system of finding the key numbers,
  138. the winnings are truly phenomenal.
  139. • Five-dollar bettors have net profits of $180.00 an hour
  140. • Wager with $25 chips and you will have consistent net
  141. profits of over $900.00 an hour!
  142. • You can win $5,000 a day without even breaking into a
  143. sweat.
  144. I have never seen a more powerful proven way to win huge
  145. amounts of money in just a short time period. And the thing I
  146. like the best about the Target Roulette Strategy is the very
  147. low risk!
  148. 10
  149. Many gambling systems win some of the time. The typical
  150. system is usually presented with only its winnings discussed.
  151. Losses are ignored in describing the system. Yet losses are a real
  152. part of casino gambling.
  153. Most gambling systems are very risky and will cost you a lot of
  154. money. They only win occasionally, and when they lose, you will
  155. end up giving back all of your winnings plus all of the money
  156. you brought for gambling!
  157. The typical gambling system is extremely hazardous to your
  158. pocketbook! That is why I am so impressed with this Target
  159. Roulette Strategy. With its very high game-winning rate of
  160. over 94%, your risk of loss is very small. And when you do
  161. lose, you won't lose very much.
  162. That is why Target Roulette has been called "the perfect
  163. winning strategy." Why don't you give it a try? If you order
  164. now, I will include an exciting free bonus manual which will tell
  165. you how you can maximize your return from the casinos. Before
  166. I tell you more about this proven winning strategy, I want you to
  167. know that it is not just another theoretical system. This is a
  168. simple, but powerful, proven system, which works in both actual
  169. casinos and in online casinos. Just click here to lock your copy of
  170. this extraordinary manual.
  171. 11
  172. Do you want to make $10,000 a week playing
  173. roulette?
  174. You can certainly do so with this strategy. How quickly you
  175. win depends on the size of your gambling bankroll and the time
  176. you are willing to spend gambling.
  177. With the advent of Internet gambling, you also have the
  178. option of playing against online casinos as well as the more
  179. familiar land-based ones.
  180. Once you experience the strength of using the Target Roulette
  181. Strategy, you may decide to give up your job and just play
  182. roulette for a living. However, there is more to making this
  183. decision than how much you can make using the strategy.
  184. Neither this system, nor any other strategy is a "sure thing." Life
  185. doesn't offer many guarantees like that. However, if your
  186. experience is like mine, you will have many pleasurable hours
  187. playing and beating the casinos at roulette. And, if you want to
  188. "max out" your winnings from the strategy, this report will show
  189. you how!

  193. Hourly Winnings Playing Roulette
  194. One of the best features about this strategy is its predictability.
  195. While anything can happen over the next few spins at any
  196. roulette wheel table, as you play longer using the strategy, the
  197. results become more and more predictable.
  198. After playing hundreds of games in casinos as well as playing
  199. thousands of simulated games on computers, we determined that
  200. the hourly winnings were pretty much dependent on:
  201. a. The speed of the game and
  202. b. The size of your bets.
  203. So long as you apply the strategy correctly, your hourly wins
  204. will fall within a narrow average.
  205. Assuming an average spin rate of about 100 spins per hour, the
  206. amount you can win per hour is strictly dependent on the size of
  207. your bets, which is determined by your bankroll.
  208. 13
  209. This is very straightforward and simply means that if you play
  210. using $25 chips for your base bets, you should expect to win
  211. more than a player betting with $5 chips. Likewise, the red $5
  212. chip player will average winning more than the $1 chip player.
  213. Table 1 shows the relationship between hourly winnings and the
  214. level of bankroll used at a table averaging 100 bets per hour.
  215. These illustrations are based on the actual results obtained in
  216. hundreds of games played in real casinos. While this table, as
  217. well as the ones that follow, show the amounts you can win over
  218. different time periods with different amounts "invested" in each
  219. game, there is nothing hypothetical about the Target Roulette
  220. winning rates. These amounts are based on actual casino
  221. games.
  222. The top row of the table shows size of the "base bets" you will
  223. use in an individual roulette game. These range from $1 minimum
  224. wagers, all the way up to $25 bets. The beauty of this approach is
  225. its flexibility. For example, when you are first trying the system,
  226. you may want to use the lowest investment possible and start with
  227. $1 chips. It is important to note that you can use the $1 base bet
  228. strategy even on tables with $5 minimums for outside bets. To do
  229. so, you simply make a $5 wager on one of the even-money wagers
  230. (such as red or black) and make the additional $1 based wagers
  231. required by the Target Roulette Strategy.

  252. If you look in the column under Base Bet Size of $1, you will see
  253. the average amounts you can expect to win playing at the levels
  254. appropriate for this level of the strategy. Pages 133 to 136 of the
  255. manual completely review the strategy, relating the amounts
  256. you will win to the levels of bets used.
  257. The first amount under $1 Base Bet Column is $36.07, the amount
  258. you will average winning per hour at this level of play. Please
  259. note that you will not win this amount per hour every hour you
  260. play. If you have only winning games, you will win more. If you
  261. have a losing game, you will win less. This is an average net
  262. profit per hour, including both wins and losses. The longer
  263. you play, the closer your results should be to this average.
  264. The next amount under the $1 Base Bet Column is $108.21, the
  265. amount you would average for three hours of play. I consider
  266. anywhere from three to five hours a day a full day's work in a
  267. casino. Before you scoff at this, remember we are talking
  268. 15
  269. about risking your money in an atmosphere strictly geared to make
  270. the removal of your money as painless as possible. Beating the
  271. casino at its own games is never a cakewalk, and the shortest
  272. amount of time you take to do it do will help you reduce the effect
  273. of the many psychological ploys the casino has devised to relieve
  274. you of your money.
  275. So, at least in my experience, if you bang heads with the casino
  276. for three to five hours, lock up your winnings and walk out the
  277. front door a winner, you have put in a full day's work.
  278. Anyway, getting back to Table 1, playing at the $1 Base Bet
  279. Level, you can win $108.21 if you play for three hours, $144.28 if
  280. you play for four hours, and $180.37 if you stick it out five hours.
  281. These are not large amounts and you should think of your play
  282. with $1 base bets as your "practice play." For serious play, you
  283. will want to make $5 your base bet.
  284. Target Roulette is designed in such a way that you can start
  285. with very small wagers and gradually increase the size of your
  286. wagers as your bankroll grows from your net profits.
  287. As you increase the size of your Base Bets your hourly
  288. winnings will grow.
  289. Using $5 as your Base Bet, you can win about $900 a day if
  290. you play five hours.
  291. 16
  292. When you move up to $10 Base Bets, you will earn about
  293. $1,800 for the same five hours of "work."
  294. By the time you move up to using $25 as your Base Wager, you
  295. will feel like you have arrived. At this level, your Net Winnings
  296. will average over $900.00 an hour. Just so we are clear what we
  297. are talking about, I am showing you the amounts of net profits you
  298. should average for every hour of play. These amounts are not just
  299. based on winning games, but have losing games averaged in as
  300. well.
  301. I know that many promoters will talk about how much you
  302. can make and throw total revenue amounts out as if they were
  303. "bottom line" amounts. I am giving you the true bottom line
  304. amounts that you can expect to remove from the casino. From
  305. these amounts you can deduct tips you pay the dealers and the
  306. costs of travel and staying in a casino location.
  307. However, even if you stay in a suite costing $300 a night and only
  308. dine in gourmet restaurants, these costs will still be small
  309. compared to the amounts you can win using the Target Roulette
  310. Strategy.
  311. 17
  312. Returning to using $25 Base Bets,
  313. you can see that if you play three
  314. hours a day, you will net over
  315. $2,700 and for a full five hours of
  316. play, you will bring in a tidy
  317. $4,500 profit.
  318. I can almost hear your mind calculating. Let me help you.
  319. Let's take a look at how you might decide to move up from $1
  320. Base Bets to $5 Bets and then make your way up to making
  321. $25 wagers.
  322. 18
  323. A Plan to Move Up in the World
  324. One of the strongest benefits of learning the Target Roulette
  325. Strategy is that you can use winnings from the casino to build
  326. your bankroll very quickly. Anyone who can raise a hundred
  327. dollars can get started using this strategy to build a
  328. respectable gambling bankroll.
  329. Starting with a $1 Base Bet, Table 2 shows how you can use
  330. casino winnings to increase the size of your bankroll. There is a
  331. lot of information packed into Table 2. Let's follow the first row
  332. of numbers across.
  333. The left-hand column "Base Bet Size" shows the base size of the
  334. wagers you will make. I have used $1 as the lowest bet, although
  335. there are many wheels with $0.50 or even $0.20 minimum wagers
  336. for inside wagers.
  337. The next column "Total Bankroll Needed" shows the total
  338. bankroll you need to properly play at each level of the strategy.
  339. 19
  340. Because we are conservative, these amounts are higher than the
  341. amount you could get by with, but we would rather err on the side
  342. of caution.

  367. If you decide to use the strategy in a casino allowing $0.50
  368. minimum inside bets, your total bankroll requirement would
  369. be reduced to $180. If you play in at a $0.20 minimum wager
  370. wheel (there are still 20 cent wheels in Las Vegas), you can get
  371. started with a total bankroll of just $72!
  372. The third column, "Winnings Needed to Reach Next Base Bet
  373. Level" sounds like a mouth full. This column shows the total
  374. 20
  375. amount of net profit you need to accumulate at each betting level
  376. in order to have a large enough bankroll to raise the size of your
  377. base bet.
  378. Take a look at the first row. Here the results for a $1 Base Bettor
  379. are shown. The total bankroll requirement for this level is $360.
  380. Let's talk about what this means.
  381. Total bankroll is not the amount used to buy in for each game.
  382. That amount is much less. Your total bankroll is the amount
  383. needed to protect you against unforeseen losses that are way
  384. beyond the limits normally experienced.
  385. Target Roulette's win rate of 98.1% of its coups will protect
  386. you and make losses a very unusual event. In fact, you may be
  387. lulled into a state of complacency and start to feel invulnerable
  388. when you use this system. That is usually when disaster strikes
  389. and the impossible happens and you lose a couple of games out of
  390. the next ten you play.
  391. With a smaller bankroll, you might pull back, or even lose
  392. faith in the strategy. That's why we advocate so strongly that
  393. you use a bankroll with a built-in cushion to protect you.
  394. Let's get back to our $1 Base Bettor. He uses a $360 Total
  395. Bankroll. He has decided that he wants to move up to making $3
  396. Base Bets. Now he wonders how much he has to win in order to
  397. meet the Total Bankroll Requirements for making $3 Base Bets.
  398. 21
  399. The answer to this question in shown in column 3 "Winnings
  400. Needed to Reach Next Base Bet Level." He needs to win $720
  401. before he can safely increase the size of his base wagers to $3.
  402. The last column "Average Hours of Play Needed to Reach Next
  403. Level" answers the next question our $1 Base Bettor probably
  404. has, which is "How long will it take me to make enough profits to
  405. move to the next level?"
  406. In the case of the $1 Base Bettor, the answer is 20 hours. This is
  407. quite a lot of play, especially as compared to moving up from
  408. other levels.
  409. We will go through the table from one Base Bet Level to another
  410. and see what we can learn.
  411. If you look down the last column showing the average hours
  412. needed to move up a level, you will see that the jump from making
  413. $1 bets to $3 bets is the biggest. There is no reason that you
  414. couldn't divide this jump into yet another level and move from $1
  415. to $2 and then on to $3 bets.
  416. After playing several practice games at the $1 or $3 levels,
  417. most players will want to move quickly to making $5 Base
  418. Bets. If you like you can start here. The only requirement to
  419. make wagers at any level is to cover the minimum suggest
  420. Total Bankroll.
  421. If you have $1,800 there is no reason you can't start at the $5 Base
  422. Bet Level. From this level to $10 Base Bets only takes 10 hours
  423. 22
  424. of play. If you play 5 hours a day, in two days you can move from
  425. making $5 Base Bets to $10.
  426. The incentive behind making such a move is to increase your
  427. winnings per hour.
  428. If you look back at Table 1, you can see just how valuable this
  429. option can be. Making $5 level bets you will average net profits
  430. of $180.37 an hour. By moving up to $10 Base Bets, your hourly
  431. net will increase to $360.74.
  432. You might wonder where I have gotten all of these winnings
  433. amounts. These amounts were computed based on thousands
  434. of hours of actual casino play, both in land-based and Internet
  435. casinos. Over the very short term, you profits may vary
  436. considerably.
  437. For example, if you play for ten hours and have no losses (a
  438. very likely possibility), as a $5 Base Bettor, your hourly
  439. winnings will average over $300 an hour.
  440. However, all of the amounts I am presented are net of the
  441. occasional losses. If you started out and had a loss your first
  442. game, you would have a horrible average for your hourly
  443. winnings.
  444. The key to success with this strategy is to follow the rules, which
  445. are presented in a clear, easy to follow, step-by-step fashion, and
  446. 23
  447. to remember that the longer you play, the closer your averages
  448. will come to ours.
  449. Using our time proven averages, if you start at the very bottom,
  450. making $1 Base Bets, you can move up to making $25 Base Bets
  451. in about 48 hours on the average. If you win higher than the
  452. average number of games, up can move up quicker. If you have
  453. more than your fair share of losses, it will take you longer.
  454. Let me digress for a minute and tell you why it is so important that
  455. you have enough money set aside just for your gambling. Have
  456. you ever heard of "scared money?" Scared money is money
  457. risked you cannot afford to lose. It might be used for gambling
  458. or other speculative purposes like playing the stock market. A key
  459. point in determining if the money is "scared money" is to ask
  460. yourself the question, "If I lose this money will it affect my
  461. lifestyle?" If the answer is yes, then you really shouldn't be
  462. gambling with this money.
  463. Can you guess what happens when you play with scared money?
  464. You don't play correctly because you are afraid to lose. If you are
  465. afraid to lose, you will end up doing strange things like losing
  466. more than you should.
  467. With scared money on the line, you will be afraid to take a
  468. loss, because you really can't afford to lose any of the money.
  469. So your behavior changes. When you have a losing game, you
  470. will be reluctant to take your lumps and pull off the table with a
  471. loss. You may pull more money out and continue playing,
  472. 24
  473. because to quit playing would entail recognizing that you had
  474. lost money you couldn't afford to lose.
  475. Once you fall into this trap, your discipline will rapidly disappear
  476. and you will find yourself chasing losses. That’s one of the things
  477. having an adequate bankroll of money especially set aside for
  478. gambling will help you overcome. Having a "risk bankroll" is
  479. designed to protect you from losing control when you gamble.
  480. If you are willing to devote just a few hours a week to
  481. playing roulette you can move up to becoming a $900 an hour
  482. player in an amazingly short time period.
  483. 25
  484. Time and Money
  485. I prepared Table 3 to help you make decisions on how you want to
  486. accomplish the goal of making a set amount of money each week,
  487. every month, or any other time period you want to use.
  488. Let's assume that you have practiced the Target Roulette Strategy,
  489. seen how effective it is, and now want to use it to supplement your
  490. income. Table 3 shows some options on how you might decide to
  491. meet your goal.
  492. Assume that you have decided that you can play roulette three
  493. days a week for three hours per day (nine hours invested in
  494. roulette). You will play on the Internet two nights a week and
  495. have one session in a local casino. Your goal is to make $2,000 a
  496. week.
  497. Looking across the first row "Total Bankroll" gives us an idea of
  498. how much we have to have available to make $2,000 a week
  499. playing roulette for 9 hours.
  500. 26
  501. If we look across the row for Weekly Winnings for 3 days at 3
  502. hours per day, we see that as a $5 Base Bettor we can make
  503. $1,623.33 over nine hours of play and as a $10 Base Bettor we
  504. will average $3,241.66 for nine hour of play.
  505. If we want to make $2,000 a week we will need to play longer
  506. than nine hours a week to reach our goal. Moving down one row,
  507. we see that if we play just three hours more a week we can
  508. make $2,164.44 a week.
  509. If we don't want to play any more hours, than we should
  510. consider increasing the size of our Base Bet. Although it is not
  511. shown in the table, $7 Base Bets will do the trick.

  541. You can use Table 3 to estimate the amounts you will make under
  542. different time and money assumptions. If you want to make
  543. $10,000 every week playing roulette, you have several options.
  544. You can play 4 hours a day for 5 days a week, as a $15 Base
  545. Bettor (winnings are $10,822.20)
  546. You may prefer to put in less time and only play 4 days a week
  547. for 3 hours a day. As a $25 Base Bettor, you can do this and
  548. make $10,822.20 for your efforts.
  549. If you compute annual returns the numbers really look interesting.
  550. Table 4 shows the average net income if you play 25 hours a week
  551. for 50 weeks per year.
  552. Table 4.

  559. I will let you draw your own conclusions from the amounts shown
  560. in Table 4.
  561. 28
  562. By now you should have a pretty good idea how my protegees
  563. and I have set up regular income streams, sometimes in
  564. excess of $10,000 a week of pure profits, without any
  565. employees, overhead, business licenses or even the need to
  566. leave home! If you would like to join our group and become

  570. An Elephant Never Forgets
  571. Have you ever been to a circus and noticed how a circus elephant
  572. is anchored to the ground? There is a metal collar around one leg
  573. attached to a small chain. The chain is attached to small wooden
  574. peg driven into the ground
  575. Did it ever occur to you that this is not enough to hold a five or six
  576. ton elephant in place if it decided it wanted to leave. Why, all the
  577. elephant would have to do is give the peg a good yank and it
  578. would be free of its tether. But it won't. Do you know why?
  579. When the elephant was a baby it had a collar, chain and peg used
  580. to hold it in place. When the elephant was small, this restraint
  581. system was actually strong enough to keep the elephant in place.
  582. The baby elephant would pull on the chain until a cut appeared on
  583. its leg caused by the collar rubbing its leg. The next time the
  584. elephant tried to pull free, the collar would bite into the sensitive
  585. tissue and it would hurt. So the elephant learned to stop pulling
  586. and trying to escape.
  587. 30
  588. The elephant grew up but it never forgot that bad experience with
  589. the chain and the pain it felt when the collar dug in. So the
  590. elephant thought, "I am not going to pull on that thing because it
  591. does no good, and besides it hurts."
  592. The adult elephant had a "perceived constraint." All of us have
  593. perceived constraints to one extent or another.
  594. Imagine that you were playing roulette at the $5 level and won
  595. $340 in an hour. You had made the decision to stay with nickel
  596. chips until you determined that the strategy you were using was
  597. sound. As the game progressed and your winnings grew you
  598. calculated how much you would be winning if you were playing
  599. with Base Bets using green ($25) chips instead of nickel ($5) ones.
  600. This is a pretty straightforward mathematical conversion, isn't it?
  601. Sure it is when you are just playing with figures. But when you
  602. move up to playing with black chips, your hands may start to
  603. shake a little. As my ol' Daddy used to say, you may feel as
  604. nervous as a hooker in a prayer meeting.
  605. Now you are in a pressure cooker. You are no longer confident
  606. because you have strayed too far from your comfort zone.
  607. At the nickel level, you absorbed four straight losing bets, costing
  608. you $20. But if those bets were made with green chips instead of
  609. reds, you would be out $100, and you'd feel that loss. Would you
  610. have done the same thing at this point, as you did with the red
  611. chips? You probably wouldn't have. Instead, you pulled off the
  612. 31
  613. table, licking your wounds and remembering the bad experience
  614. when you tried to play at the green chip level.
  615. If you have experienced this, even one time, you may very well be
  616. like the circus elephant remembering his bad experience with the
  617. collar when he was a baby. Because of your bad experience
  618. playing at a higher level, you may develop an aversion to playing
  619. at higher levels. Once you develop this perception, you will have
  620. a great deal of trouble moving up to higher playing levels, even
  621. though on paper it looks easy.
  622. 32
  623. How Much Can You Make?
  624. Most people who have not experienced playing in casinos day in
  625. and day out believe that if you can make $100 a day in a casino, it
  626. is just as easy to make $5,000 a day.
  627. If you look at the rate rates in Table 3, you can easily compute
  628. very high win rates. If you want to make $20,000 a week, just
  629. move up to $25 Base Bets $2,000 and play five hours a day, five
  630. days a week. Your winnings should average about $22,546, call it
  631. $22,500 as a rounded amount. If you play just forty weeks a year,
  632. this works out to $900,000 a year. As generation X says, "Just
  633. do it!"
  634. Although the Target Roulette manual shows you a winning
  635. strategy, and this report will give you some ideas on how much
  636. you can make with the strategy, the Target Roulette Strategy is not
  637. a get-rich-quick scheme. Even after you succeed at the lower
  638. levels of play, all kinds of complications come into play when you
  639. try to maximize your success by betting larger.
  640. 33
  641. One factor you will have to contend with is your perceived
  642. constraint against playing and losing at higher levels. If you buy
  643. in for $2,000, you have to accept the possibility of losing two
  644. thousand dollars in a very short time period. Can you handle
  645. this? Even though you know that loses are infrequent and
  646. that the system can overcome the effects of losses, what are
  647. you going to do the first time you buy in for $2,000 and lose
  648. $1,500 of it?
  649. If you play the system correctly, mechanically you will know
  650. exactly what to do. And, it you follow the strategy correctly, this
  651. loss will most likely just be a temporary setback. It is no different
  652. than losing three hundred dollars in a $400 game. Or losing
  653. $37.50 if you buy in for $50.
  654. One of the problems you will face as a $25 Base Bettor is that
  655. your play will come under constant scrutiny. The casino
  656. personnel will be watching your every move like a hawk, because
  657. the size of your play represents a real threat to the casino. Every
  658. win you rack up is giving the casino a loss, and the bosses don't
  659. like that. Even though you are playing a "negative expectation"
  660. game that the house feels secure about, nobody likes to lose. If
  661. you win too regularly and too consistently, it is just a matter of
  662. time before they intervene.
  663. 34
  664. I made my own personal choice about gambling a long time ago. I
  665. prefer to play frequently at moderate levels. I will buy in with
  666. amounts from $1,000 to $2,500 typically and generally be
  667. satisfied with winning $500 to $1,500 per session. I play several
  668. times a month in local casinos and have almost zero heat. Even
  669. though I am a winner, I essentially play for fun.
  670. 35
  671. Rules to Help You Keep Your Winnings
  672. There is no question that if you follow the Target Roulette Playing
  673. and Betting rules you will generate wins. I have even given you
  674. the average wins per hour achieved in actual play. Does this mean
  675. you can relax? Unfortunately no. Even though there is no question
  676. that you will win using this system of play, there is still the issue of
  677. leaving the casino with your profits in hand.
  678. One of our most important rules to help you leave a winner is the
  679. 90% Rule. This rule says very simply that if you are close to
  680. hitting a target profit or a daily profit, that sometimes 90% or so is
  681. close enough.
  682. I recall very well an acquaintance of mine who had a monster roll
  683. at a craps table. When I walked up to the table, Joe was rolling the
  684. dice and playing with $500 chips scattered all over the layout. By
  685. the time he sevened out, he was up over $48,000. This is not bad
  686. considering he bought in less than an hour earlier for a grand. I
  687. strongly urged him to come with me and take a break. I reminded
  688. 36
  689. him how badly he needed this score and how good he would feel
  690. walking out with his winnings intact. He nodded and smiled and
  691. then gave some lame excuse about wanting to bet with just a
  692. couple of more shooters.
  693. I had more than made my nut for that day. In fact, catching the last
  694. ten minutes of his hot craps roll had put me way ahead. I decided
  695. to take a break in the coffee shop and try some of the coconut
  696. cream pie, which was reputed to be the best in town.
  697. I ran into another friend and talked for over an hour. When I came
  698. back out, Joe was still at the same table. I walked up and noticed
  699. his pitiful little pile of green chips. Joe gave me a lame look and
  700. continued to play. I saw him the next day and asked him how he
  701. ended up. "Tapped out," were his words. "You didn't drop the
  702. whole 50 grand did you?" I asked.
  703. "It was only 48 thousand," he responded. "The reason I kept
  704. playing is because I wanted to hit 50 thousand."
  705. As I walked away, I wondered to myself what in the hell is the
  706. difference between 48 thousand and 50 thousand when you are that
  707. much ahead?
  708. I think 48 thousand should have been close enough, don't you?
  709. Any time you are struggling to hit a target profit, are playing on a
  710. short time schedule or just start to hear that little nagging voice
  711. somewhere in the back of your skull telling you to watch out, you
  712. can remember Joe. He should have known that 48 grand was close
  713. enough. Don't ever get hung up on exact amounts. If you are
  714. 37
  715. trying to win $50 and hit $48, you can call it close enough and take
  716. a break. Remember, you will never go broke by taking a break
  717. early and walking off with your profits intact.
  718. If you are not using the Target Roulette Strategy, you're losing
  719. money. You can't lose if you order this strategy now. You can try
  720. the strategy at your leisure - in either your favorite land-based
  721. casino or on the Internet (don't worry if you don't know about
  722. Internet gambling, I'll show you how to do this). If you don't
  723. make at least $2,500 clear profit, I will cheerfully refund your
  724. money. Click here to order online now.

  726. A Week in the Life of a Target Roulette Player
  727. I opened my eyes as a crack of sunlight appeared through a space
  728. left between the heavy curtains. I got up and walked to window
  729. pulling the curtains back. The sun was so bright it almost hurt my
  730. eyes. From my suite in Rio I have a clear view of the strip going
  731. north towards downtown. Traffic looks like it has already come to
  732. a stand still on Las Vegas Boulevard, known affectionately as The
  733. Strip.
  734. This is my fifth day in Las Vegas. Today is the day I wrap this trip
  735. up and head for home. I put on the coffee and munch on a sweet
  736. roll left over from the night before. I look at the summary page in
  737. my notebook.

  749. Average Daily Win = $4,846
  750. Today is the 12th of October, a beautiful, if hot, October day in
  751. Las Vegas. I am starting to plan my day as I take my first sip of
  752. coffee and skim the first page of The Wall Street Journal. This
  753. week's earnings show that I had a fairly good week. My goal has
  754. been to make at least $4,000 a day and with average daily
  755. winnings of $4,846, I am well ahead of my goal.
  756. Last Monday, I started the week playing here at Rio. It does not
  757. have the best roulette wheels in town, but the ambiance is just
  758. fine and the dealers are all very friendly. I spent Monday
  759. morning at a quiet roulette table and by noon I had locked up a
  760. win of over $2,000. I had lunch in the coffee shop, simply a
  761. burgher and an glass of iced tea, and I went back to my room for
  762. some reading and to catch up on my e-mail correspondence.
  763. About 4:00 in the afternoon I came back down and decided to try
  764. a little more roulette. The game started off badly and I pulled
  765. 40
  766. off after giving back almost three hundred dollars of my morning
  767. win. I had violated my own loss limits in doing this, but I was in
  768. a lighthearted mood and my game wasn't as sharp as it should
  769. have been.
  770. Besides, I was ready to change gears. While I love winning
  771. game after game with the Target Roulette strategy, I also like
  772. a change of pace.
  773. The craps pit provided just the change I needed. I used another
  774. powerful winning strategy and the Power Craps strategy lived up
  775. to its name. In a little over an hour I picked up a nice win of
  776. over $1,500 at craps and I called it a day.
  777. I needed to get back to my room, take a shower and change
  778. clothes since I had plans to visit a couple of my local friends
  779. tonight. With a daily net win of $3,230 I was a little short of my
  780. daily goal of $4,000, but it had been my first day here and I like
  781. to ease back into the gambling mode. This was not a bad start at
  782. all.
  783. Tuesday was roulette time. I had wanted to play roueltte at the at
  784. the Monte Carlo for some time and when I woke up Tuesday
  785. morning, I knew that my focus for the day would be roulette.
  786. After my usual morning routine of coffee and reading the paper, I
  787. took a cab to the Monte Carlo, found an empty spot at a roulette
  788. table, and started playing the Target Roulette Strategy.
  789. 41
  790. The strategy didn't fail me. By 1:00 in the afternoon I had
  791. locked up a $3,412 win from playing roulette. I was famished
  792. at this point and decided to head downtown to the Golden Nugget
  793. coffee shop.
  794. You may have noticed that I seem to spend most of my time
  795. eating in coffee shops. When I am with my lovely Diane we
  796. often go to upscale restaurants. When I am on my own, as I was
  797. this trip, I prefer the informality of coffee shops for breakfast or
  798. lunch and steak houses with some of my rowdy friends for
  799. dinner.
  800. After downing a delicious Ruben sandwich and watching people
  801. for about an hour I was ready for another diversion. I had done
  802. so well with roulette in the morning, that I didn't feel much like
  803. another roulette session. I really like playing craps and
  804. blackjack at the Golden Nugget and I finished up my gambling
  805. day with a short craps session, where I won $612 and a very
  806. short blackjack session, adding another $513 to my winnings.
  807. On Tuesday I won $4,537, exceeding my daily goal and
  808. taking some of the pressure off.
  809. Even though I am essentially playing for fun, I still put
  810. pressure on myself to hit certain win levels each day.
  811. Whether I hit them or not doesn't affect my life style, but I
  812. can tell you that my mood is always much better if I exceed
  813. my daily win goal.
  814. Wednesday was a blackjack day. I woke up thinking about
  815. playing blackjack in a smoky, crowded sawdust joint in
  816. downtown Vegas. If you guessed Lady Luck and the Four
  817. Queens you got it right.
  818. 42
  819. When I arrived I cased the blackjack tables looking for certain
  820. signs of a highly beatable table. After walking around for about
  821. ten minutes I spotted an empty table with a pretty young woman
  822. named Susan dealing.
  823. I spent the next four hours at Susan's table, laughing, relaxing
  824. and piling up a win close to six grand. I must have tipped Susan
  825. over two hundred dollars during this time period and it was one
  826. of my more enjoyable blackjack sessions. When Susan's shift
  827. ended I decided to leave as well. I returned to Rio for a meeting
  828. I had set up to discuss some properties I own and after the
  829. meeting I came back downtown for a leisurely dinner at Hugo's
  830. Cellar.
  831. On my way out I noticed some lively action at the craps table. I
  832. vowed to come back the next day and try out the craps and
  833. perhaps try a little roulette action.
  834. On Thursday, I overslept, a not to rare of occurrence after one of
  835. the of the marathon dining sessions at Hugo's Cellar. I first dined
  836. there in 1985, and after all of these years, your lady companion is
  837. still presented with a rose. But they should post a warning. The
  838. dessert cart is hazardous to your cholesterol level.
  839. After my usual coffee and morning paper reading, I started the
  840. day with a five mile walk and used the time to good advantage
  841. planning a book I will start on when I return home.
  842. 43
  843. After the walk, I took a nice long shower, hit Rio's coffee shop
  844. for some bacon and eggs and then I headed back to the Four
  845. Queens.
  846. I arrived about 2:00 in the afternoon. Instead of being dead as
  847. the tables usually are mid-afternoon, one of the open tables was
  848. crowded with the players cheering and giving each other high
  849. fives. While the Power Craps strategy does well on any kind of
  850. table, it is a lot more fun to play on hot tables and I found a spot
  851. next to one of the dealers and I bought in for $2,000.
  852. Naturally the table cooled off almost as soon as I arrived, which
  853. is one of the problems with trying to play any kind of system
  854. relying on hot tables. Fortunately I don't need a hot table and
  855. I managed to win $1,206 in two hours play on a very choppy
  856. table.
  857. Thursday night was celebration time. It was my last night in
  858. Vegas and my winnings had hit an average of $4,846 a day.
  859. I called Diane early afternoon and she caught a 5:00 nonstop into
  860. Vegas and arrived about 7:30 p.m. I arranged for a limousine to
  861. pick her up and our congenial driver. Two iced glasses were set
  862. up on a walnut table when we returned to the limo. A large
  863. assortment of call brand liquors were available. I poured us a
  864. couple of stiff ones, adjusted the stereo, and lay back to enjoy the
  865. 44
  866. ride to the casino. As usual, there was construction in progress
  867. around the airport. Diane smiled and cuddled close saying, "This
  868. is just what I needed. Now what's next?"
  869. I laughed and told her, "Just wait till you see our suite."
  870. At the casino entrance a natty looking doorman helped us exit the
  871. limousine. We immediately went to VIP Services bypassing the
  872. usual lines required to check in.
  873. We went upstairs to our lavish suite. The view of the Strip was
  874. spectacular and I knew that we would enjoy the view later that
  875. night sipping our complimentary Irish coffees.
  876. Our casino host, Marv, arranged for an assortment of cheeses and
  877. other munchies to be delivered to our room along with a bottle of
  878. my favorite bubbly. While finishing off the Champagne, we
  879. brought each other up to date. It's amazing what four days apart
  880. can do. Even though I had lined up dinner at a lavish gourmet
  881. restaurant, Diane confessed she had had a long week and
  882. preferred one of those "kick off your shoes and whatever else
  883. comes off" type of dinners.
  884. She didn't have to twist my arm. It's now Friday morning. I am
  885. sipping my morning coffee. Diane is still sleeping. I could play
  886. some more blackjack today. Or maybe some craps. Or check out
  887. the new roulette table at . . .
  888. 45
  889. Or, I could just take it easy. I chuckled as headed for the
  890. shower. I really don't have to do anything today, do I? After
  891. showering I pulled on the complimentary robe and noticed my
  892. notebook still open to the summary page. I quietly closed it. As
  893. someone said, "Man does not live by bread alone."
  894. 46
  895. Living a Life of Ease
  896. When you go to the casino, you need to remember that your one
  897. purpose is to win. You can drink, party, visit, flirt and relax on
  898. your own time after you have locked up your daily win. After
  899. becoming a proficient Target Roulette player and increasing the
  900. size of your minimum wagers, you will be able to travel a good
  901. part of the year, courtesy of your favorite casinos. This may
  902. become an important part of your retirement plan. You can use
  903. your new skills at roulette to pay for your vacations and pocket
  904. a good deal of change as well.
  905. You may consider becoming a full time pro. Before you make this
  906. step, I want you to think about it very carefully. Whereas playing
  907. several times a month and winning can bring you a great deal of
  908. pleasure, having to play every day to make your daily nut is very
  909. difficult.
  910. Casinos can be glamorous and exciting if you don't have to be in
  911. one every day. On a daily basis, I can think of many things I had
  912. rather do than go through the repetitive grind of play needed to hit
  913. 47
  914. my daily win goal. Everyone is different. If you think you would
  915. like to turn pro, I suggest you take a two week vacation and spend
  916. at least ten of the days in a casino playing roulette four hours a day.
  917. If, after two weeks of this, you are still game for more, then maybe
  918. you have what it takes to become a full time player. If you are like
  919. me, you may have to settle for being a part time pro and playing
  920. less frequently.
  921. I hope you find the Target Roulette Strategy to be a lifetime source
  922. of income and satisfaction. I would like to hear about your
  923. experiences. You may write me in care of the publisher. I wish
  924. you the best in all of your life endeavors.
  925. I have tried to give you a feel for what Target Roulette can do for
  926. you. If you would like to learn even more about this remarkable

  930. How to Play Roulette
  931. Roulette is easy to play and a wide variety of wagers can be
  932. made. The American version is fairly fast with the dealer spinning
  933. the wheel from 80 to 110 times per hour.
  934. The French version of the game is more leisurely with only
  935. 30 or 40 spins per hour.
  936. The bets are basically the same in the French and American
  937. versions of the game, with the principal difference being that the
  938. American wheel has both a zero and a double-zero on it.
  939. The French wheel has numbers 1 to 35 plus a zero. It is the
  940. zero that accounts for the house edge of 2.70%. This percentage is
  941. cut in half on the even-money wagers in European casinos, where
  942. these bets are placed en prison when a zero shows up. They
  943. remain on the table "in prison" until the next spin. For even-money
  944. wagers that win, the bets are returned; for those that lose, the
  945. casino takes the wager. A second option is also offered, that of le
  946. partage (sharing). With this option, when a zero comes up, a
  947. 49
  948. player with an even-money bet keeps half his wager and gives up
  949. half. In Britain no choice is allowed, only le partage is allowed.
  950. With the en prison and le partage rules in force, the house
  951. edge is reduced to about 1.38% for even-money wagers.
  952. The American wheel, with the addition of the double-zero,
  953. offers the same payoffs on wagers, but the extra zero increases the
  954. house edge to 5.26%. When a zero or double-zero occurs, all
  955. wagers lose, including all even-money bets.
  956. The game is played with a wheel containing 37 numbers in
  957. the European version (1-36 plus zero) and 38 numbers in the
  958. United States version (1-36 plus zero and double-zero). The
  959. numbers are printed on spaces marked on a wheel and separated
  960. by metal dividers called frets. The numbers do not run
  961. consecutively and there are different layouts for the French and
  962. American wheels.
  963. 50
  964. An America Double-Zero Wheel
  965. Wagers are made by placing chips in various positions on
  966. the table. The American tables are much smaller than the French
  967. ones, and the players can usually reach the portion of the layout on
  968. which they wish to wager and therefore place their own wagers.
  969. In the French version, the table is much larger, and the croupiers
  970. use a rake to place and pay wagers.
  971. In either game, the croupier or dealer will assist a player
  972. wishing to make a wager.
  973. 51
  974. The casino allows you to bet all of the numbers, including
  975. the 0 and 00. If you bet any of the numbers "straight up" and your
  976. number comes up on the next spin of the wheel, you will be paid
  977. 35 to 1 (you will have your original wager, plus chips equal to 35
  978. times your wager). You can also bet different combinations of
  979. wagers, including two, three, four, five and six number bets, as
  980. well as dozens, columns, red or black, odd or even and high or
  981. low.
  982. The players make their wagers by placing chips on the
  983. spaces of the layout in any manner allowed by the rules. The
  984. dealer starts the wheel spinning, then flips the ball on the bowl's
  985. back so that it travels in the opposite direction of the spinning
  986. wheel. Players may continue to place bets while the ball and
  987. wheel are still in motion until the dealer announces "no more
  988. bets." In the French version, the dealer will state "rien ne va plus",
  989. meaning the same thing. Bets placed on the layout after this
  990. announcement are not valid and will be returned to the player.
  991. 52
  992. When the balls comes to rest, it marks the winning number,
  993. the winning color and any other combination bet made. The
  994. dealer announces the winning number.
  995. On the first spin the dealer has no fixed point from which to
  996. spin the wheel or ball. Thereafter he will spin both from the
  997. position of the winning pocket of the preceding spin.
  998. The various bets are shown in the table below, as well as
  999. the payouts, and typical (American) maximum wagers for each
1000. bet. The diagrams on the opposite page show how to place the
  1001. wagers.

  1036. 54
1037. A single number bet is made by placing a chip on the
1038. number itself without touching any lines. Bets on two numbers
1039. are placed on the line between numbers. Three number wagers are
1040. made on the outside line of the layout. Four number bets go on
1041. the intersection of four numbers.
1042. A five number wager is made on the American wheel and
1043. covers 1, 2, 3, 0 and 00. This wager is placed on the line
  1044. separating the 1,2 ,3 from the 0 and 00 spaces at a corner
1045. intersection. This becomes a four number wager on the French
1046. wheel. Incidentally, the five number American wheel wager has
1047. the distinction of giving the house an edge of 7.89% as compared
1048. to 5.26% for all other wagers on the American wheel.
1049. A six number bet is made by placing the chip at the
1050. intersection of the side line and the line between two rows of
1051. numbers. Bets on columns are made by placing chips on one of
1052. the three spaces on the bottom of the layout, under the columns of
1053. numbers. Dozens are wagered by placing the wager in the
1054. appropriate box. On the French table, 12P
  1055. , 12M and 12D
1056. correspond to 1st, 2nd and 3rd 12s. Bets on adjacent columns or
1057. dozens are placed on the line between the two columns or dozens.
1058. Bets on even-money chances are made by placing the wager inside
1059. the box corresponding to the wager. For instance, a wager on red
1060. is made by placing the bet in the red box on the outside of the
  1061. layout.
1062. In the American version of the game, each player is issued
1063. a different colored chip, so that no two players play with the same
  1064. 55
1065. color chips. Typical colors used are: white, yellow, brown, red,
1066. green and purple. These chips themselves have no value as a
1067. player determines the value of the chips when he buys in. For
1068. instance, one player's chips may represent $.25 each, while
1069. another player's chips may be worth $1.00 each. The dealer
1070. "marks" the value of each color chip with a button.
1071. A player using the colored roulette chips should never
1072. leave the table with the colored chips, as they may not be cashed
1073. in or used in any other casino game. When you are ready to leave
1074. the table, ask the dealer for color and he will change the roulette
1075. chips for regular casino chips.
1076. In the French game, chips represent fixed amounts, such as
1077. five francs, twenty five francs and so on. You need to watch your
1078. own wagers like a hawk as there is no difference in color to
1079. differentiate your wager from anyone else's. Consequently, there
1080. are many more disputes in the French game, and more than once
1081. another player has tried to grab my winnings. I have found that it
1082. pays to stand firm in these matters and that if the dispute can be
1083. resolved in no other way, the house will pay both players.
1084. Because of the size of the French table, you will require the
1085. croupier's assistance if playing many of your wagers. An
1086. experienced croupier will remember your wager (especially if you
1087. tip after winning a large payoff) and can be your ally when these
  1088. disputes arise.

  1290. Excerpts from Beat the
  1291. Internet Casinos!
  1292. Introduction
1293. It was almost 8:00 in the evening. Connor glanced over at Cathy.
1294. Josh had just gone to bed. The house was reasonably quiet with
1295. their three-year old out of the picture. Connor told Cathy he had a
1296. little work left to do and he walked back to their home office.
1297. Connor sat down in front of the computer. It was already on as it
1298. always was, and ready to browse the Internet. Since the cable
1299. company had installed the cable system, allowing continuous
1300. online access, he had decided to leave his computer running twenty
  1301. four hours a day.
  1302. 67
1303. Connor pulled his log book out from the bottom desk drawer. He
1304. immediately flipped to a bookmarked page and smiled. He had not
1305. forgotten the download after all. Now to get down to business.
1306. He reviewed the directory he had set up on his hard drive for the
1307. special software needed for this operation. Sure enough, there was
1308. the file for the WinNow online casino in the proper directory. He
1309. clicked on the file with the "exe" extension and waited while the
1310. file installed itself on his hard drive.
1311. The installation was finished in mere seconds. Now it was time to
1312. earn some money. Using the newly installed software, Connor
1313. logged on to the WinNow casino. He had set up his account the
1314. night before and everything was ready.
1315. Connor smiled to himself at the ease of beating the online casinos.
1316. Find the right casinos, register with them, download the special
1317. software needed to play online. Then begin the operation of
1318. moving cash from the casino's account to his.
1319. He reviewed the menu of the casino's offerings. Even though this
1320. casino offered twenty-four games, attended to by scantily clad
1321. virtual attendants wearing low slung togas, barely covering their
1322. charms, he didn't hesitate to pick the game he wanted.
1323. The game launched successfully using his recently downloaded
1324. casino software. He selected the "play for fun" mode and played
1325. for a few minutes to get a feel for the game. It was the familiar
1326. Starnet software; there was no need to spend much time practicing.
  1327. 68
1328. He had played similar software many times. The results were
1329. highly predictable the way he played the game.
1330. There was still one more thing he wanted to check. He reviewed
1331. his e-mail. WinNow had send him an urgent electronic message,
1332. thanking him for signing up and explaining how he could "earn" a
1333. bonus for playing with them. He chuckled. He definitely was
1334. going to earn this bonus and more.
1335. He changed the play mode to playing for real. His $1,000 deposit
1336. was there, matched by an additional $200 from the casino. He
1337. turned on his calculator. Everything was ready.
1338. Connor went into his playing mode. His right hand would clink on
1339. the mouse to enter a wager and as soon as the wager was made his
1340. hand would fly to the calculator to record it. He occasionally
1341. consulted a small chart when he was uncertain how to proceed.
1342. After fifteen minutes of play, he noted that he had logged in
1343. enough time for half a session. He had won $480 from the casino.
1344. Time to take a break. He trotted down the hall and mixed himself a
1345. scotch and water. There was no need to break into a sweat over
1346. this he smiled. Cathy asked him to bring her a decaf. She was
1347. watching her favorite TV show and he promised he would join her
  1348. in a few minutes.
1349. He logged off the WinNow casino. He would let his winnings sit a
1350. few days, play another time or two and then cash out. So long as
  1351. 69
1352. he played in exactly the right manner, he could continue his
1353. winning methods with virtually no heat from the online casinos.
1354. He selected a different Internet gambling site, the Loving Touch
1355. Casino. What a jerky name he thought. But it didn't matter.
1356. Loving Touch met every item on his list for another casino where
1357. winning was almost a given.
1358. He noted that he was up over $575 from his last playing session.
1359. He recorded the amount in his log and searched for a different
  1360. game.
1361. He had racked up a good win at craps last time, but tonight he was
1362. impatient. Craps was fun, but it took a little too long. He opened
1363. the baccarat room and was greeted by a virtual croupier, complete
1364. with tuxedo. He "sat down," or rather moved his mouse in the
1365. correct manner to indicate that he was joining the game, and began
  1366. playing.
1367. Before he started, he made sure he had totaled out his wagers from
1368. the previous game. He started the same routine. He would enter a
1369. bet with a couple of mouse clicks and then repeat the same bet on
1370. his calculator. In another thirteen minutes, he was ready to wrap
1371. up this session. He had won $490, bringing this evening's total
  1372. winnings to $1,065.
1373. He had one more thing to do. He flipped a few pages in his
1374. notebook and noted another download he wanted to make.
  1375. 70
1376. He entered the new Internet casino's URL in his browser, and in a
1377. few seconds he was offered the chance to download the software
1378. for the English Butler Casino. He set up the download to begin,
1379. and the software starting transferring a file over the Internet from
1380. the virtual casino to his personal computer. Now he was finished.
1381. He would check on the status of the download before retiring for
1382. the night, but for now he wanted to keep Cathy happy.
1383. He grabbed his scotch and water and headed for the family room.
1384. Cathy was bringing him up to date on her favorite sit com before
1385. he even sat down. He smiled at her antics. She had both feet
1386. firmly planted on the ground except for a couple of deviations, one
1387. of which was the Peoples' Plot. It was the silliest thing he had ever
1388. seen, but she loved it.
1389. As she filled him in on the latest antics involving a family
1390. populated by lunatics who all lived in the same mid western town,
1391. he thought about his new business.
1392. He was making over $5,000 a week by gambling on the Internet
1393. five times a week. He never played on Friday or Saturday nights,
1394. and he usually took Sunday night off as well, making up for the
1395. lost session by playing one afternoon during the week.
1396. He couldn't slight the hourly pay. He was earning about $750 an
1397. hour, even counting his administrative time.
1398. There is no question that gambling on the Internet is on the rise.
1399. Connor is doing just that, risking real money and piling up
1400. winnings at a rapid rate.
  1401. 71
1402. The purpose of this book is to show you exactly how to beat the
1403. Internet casinos. I have been a frequent patron of land-based
1404. casinos for many years, and until recently I never believed I would
1405. wager on the Internet. As an old timer once told me, "Never get
1406. into a dice game using invisible dice."
1407. With great skepticism I started investigating online gambling about
1408. six months ago. What I found will astound you. Online casinos
1409. offer an advantage that is never found in "real world" casinos. The
1410. advantage I am talking about is not the obvious one — the fact that
1411. you can play them from home.
1412. While this may be considered a unique way to gamble, it is not the
1413. advantage I want to share with you. Incredibly, many online
1414. casinos have a flaw in their basic structure which turns what is
1415. normally a casino-favored game into a player favorable game.
1416. Once you know about this "flaw," you can play the online games
1417. with every expectation of being a consistent winner.
1418. My job is to tell you everything you need to know to learn about
1419. how to consistently beat the online casinos. Once you have this
1420. knowledge, you will be able to turn playing online into a very
1421. profitable part time endeavor or even become a full time player.
1422. Let's move into the world of Internet gambling. Throughout this
1423. book I will refer to the addresses for different web pages. These
1424. addresses are called URLs, which is short for Uniform Resource
1425. Locators. The URLs I will show you were current when this book
1426. went to press, but the Internet is constantly changing and URLs
  1427. 72
1428. will change. I will share with you a number of online resources
1429. you can use to find web site, but one trick you can use when a URL
1430. can not be found is to drop all of the address following the
1431. extension "com," "net," or "org." Here's an example. Assume you
  1432. try to reach:
  1433. http://www.gamblingnews.com/sources_now.htm (I made this up
1434. so don't try this address).
1435. If you reach a dead link, just cut off everything following ".com"
1436. which will give you the URL of the main site
1437. http://www.gamblingnews.com. You should reach something
1438. there unless the entire site is vanished.
1439. If you are not yet online, I advise you to gain Internet access as
1440. soon as possible. You can buy a new computer which will do
1441. everything you need to access the Internet casinos for $500. If
1442. even this is too steep for your budget, consider a used computer for
1443. even less. So long as you stick with a Pentium class computer (or a
1444. comparable offering from Apple), you will be fine. If you have
1445. been delaying making this step, this book will give you a strong
1446. incentive to get online now.
  1447. 73
1448. There is a fortune to be made from the web casinos, and I am going
1449. to show you exactly how to do it!

  1453. 74
1454. Internet Gambling is on the Rise
1455. Whenever he is unable to sleep or needs a quick pick-me-up, Bob
1456. turns on his home computer, finds an Internet casino and gambles
1457. away his money using his credit card and a mouse.
1458. From the privacy of his home he can find almost 800 casinos
1459. online and turn his PC into an electronic casino. His bets will be
1460. accepted 24 hours a day, and the online casinos offer a greater
1461. variety of games than the land based ones.
1462. Fueled by the explosive growth of the Internet and by a general
1463. acceptance of gambling as a legitimate form of entertainment,
1464. online gambling is growing at a torrid rate.
1465. All studies of Internet gambling agree that it is growing very
1466. rapidly. It more than doubled from 1997 to 1998, according to a
1467. widely cited report by economist Sebastian Sinclair. From 1998 to
1468. 1999, the number of online gamblers increased from 6.9 million to
1469. 14.5 million, with revenues growing from $300 million to $651
  1470. 75
1471. million. By 2001, Sinclair predicts that there will be 43 million
1472. Internet gamblers generating $2.3 billion in revenue. Estimates of
1473. the current number of online casinos range as high as 850. I have
1474. tracked down about 700 of them (See Appendix A for a complete
  1475. list of Internet Casinos).
1476. Games range from traditional casinos games like video poker and
1477. slot machines, to poker, keno, bingo and other games. Here is a list
1478. of games offered by just one online casino: Baccarat, Blackjack,
1479. Craps, Pachinko, The Dragon Spirit Pachinko, Victory Poker,
1480. Caribbean Poker, Free Ride Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Red Dog,
1481. Roulette, Sic Bo, Slots, Gold Rush Slots, Magic Hat Sportsbook,
1482. Video Poker, Deuces Wild Video Poker, Jacks or Better Video
1483. Poker, Joker's Wild Video Poker, King of Decks, War, and Battle
  1484. Royal.
1485. Because the uncertain legal status of Internet gaming in the U.S.,
1486. virtually all online casinos that accept wagers are located outside of
  1487. the United States.
1488. Some online casinos are fronted by celebrity pitchmen such as
1489. former NFL star turned actor and beer pitchman Bubba Smith
1490. (http://www.bubbascasinos.com) and daredevil motorcyclist Evel
  1491. Knieval (http://www.evelknievalcasino.com).
  1492. 76
1493. Other online casinos are themed to offer everything from social
  1494. experiences (http://www.TheSinglesCasino.com) to a casino
1495. designed to appeal to motorcyclists (http://www.easyrollers.com).
1496. For those of us who gamble on the Internet to win, themes are of
1497. little importance. The theme of the casino does not give us any
1498. clue at to whether the casino is beatable.
1499. Technologically, many of the casinos are very similar as there are a
1500. relative handful of software developers for the online casinos
1501. games. Each casino using software from the same developer will
1502. have a similar appearance to others casinos using the software.
1503. Generally, online gambling sites are divided into three categories,
1504. based on types of technology used.
1505. Many e-casinos require prospective gamblers to first download a
1506. program onto their local computer before playing. Usually the
1507. programs are free. These online gambling sites can be good places
1508. to start your play as, once installed, the programs offer great
1509. graphics, sound, animation, and of course, the chance to play for
  1510. free.
1511. The drawback to the sites requiring downloads is that you will have
1512. to wait for the application to download from the casino's site to
1513. your own hard drive. This process scares many Web newcomers
1514. off as they don't know how to download and install a downloaded
1515. program. I will review this process for you shortly, so that you will
1516. be able to download without fear.
  1517. 77
1518. Since downloading usually takes some time and ties up your
1519. computers' resources while the process is occurring, I usually
1520. schedule downloads to occur after I have gone to bed or at some
1521. other time I won't be using my computer.
1522. A slight disadvantage to downloading a file off the Internet is the
1523. risk of downloading a computer virus along with the file. You
1524. should install good virus protection software on your computer
1525. before you download any files off the Internet. You may download
1526. either freeware or shareware anti-virus programs at
  1527. http://www.davecentral.com. I use Norton Anti-Virus software
1528. which can be continuously updated via the Internet, so that the
  1529. program is always current.
1530. The second type of software used by the online gambling sites is
1531. JAVA software instead of the downloadable programs. JAVA is a
1532. computer language developed by Sun Microsystems in 1995.
1533. JAVA software allows programs to create little programs known as
1534. applets which are embedded directly into a web document.
1535. When online casinos use JAVA, these applets run directly through
1536. your Internet Browser. All of the JAVA sites offer fairly good
1537. graphics, and some offer sound and animations as well.
1538. I am not a fan of casinos using JAVA. With a JAVA casino, you
1539. have to load the software every time you play; whereas, with
1540. downloaded software, you can begin playing almost instantly once
1541. the software has been installed on your computer. I have also
  1542. 78
1543. found that JAVA applets occasionally freeze my browser. In such
1544. a situation, you may not be sure whether your last bet was accepted
1545. or not. At any rate, it is very disrupting to have start over in the
  1546. middle of a game.
1547. The third type of site found uses software based on HTML (Hyper
1548. Text Markup Language), which is the standard language used to
  1549. create Web pages.
1550. Sites using only HTML are fast to play, but they often have cheesy
1551. graphics and no sound or animation.
1552. Problems associated with online gambling far outweigh the
1553. benefits for many would-be casino operators and gamblers.
1554. Issues include concern about the possibility of rigged games and
1555. low pay-outs, software copyrights, credit card debt, proving the age
1556. and eligibility of players and monitoring and regulating online
  1557. gambling.
1558. While online gambling is legal in many parts of Europe, Latin
1559. America, Australia, Asia and the Caribbean, it remains in a legal
1560. gray area in the United States.
1561. Legalities are still being hashed out in this area where technology
1562. has clearly outpaced the law.
  1563. 79
1564. There are many reasons why wagering online is going to be around
1565. a long time. First and foremost is convenience. In the past ten
1566. years there has been explosive growth in the gaming industry.
1567. From coast to coast, there are thousands of new gaming
1568. establishments all over the USA, but they still cannot match the
  1569. pervasiveness of the Internet.
1570. Convenience is one of the online gaming industry's biggest
1571. attractions. How else can you win $300 at lunch time playing
  1572. baccarat online?
1573. Another reason the online casinos are growing so rapidly is
1574. privacy. Many players in land-based casinos are reluctant to try
1575. table games such as blackjack, craps, roulette or baccarat out of a
1576. fear that they will appear foolish. With just your mouse, keyboard
1577. and monitor as your companions, there is little reason to feel
1578. inhibited, and many persons, who would not normally play casino
1579. table games in a real casino, are playing the games in the electronic
  1580. casinos.
1581. Another factor to consider is variety. Only a few of the world's
1582. largest casinos can come close to offering the variety of games
1583. found in the Internet casinos. With over 30 games available online,
1584. plus sports betting, bingo, scratch cards and even lotteries, the
