  19. Introduction
  20. If you are like most people who try to make money as an
  21. entrepreneur, you're struggling just to make an income you can
  22. live on. Whether you have wrestled with MLM schemes, mail
  23. order and Internet marketing strategies - or purchased advice
  24. from so-called experts - you've been disappointed.
  25. Worse, with so much "how-to" information out there, you can
  26. become paralyzed and not know what you really need to do. And,
  27. if you know how the world works, you understand that you are
  28. always racing against time. Most of your rightful profits are up
  29. for grabs. But with each passing day . . .
  30. I want to share with you a better way to make lots of money. I
  31. want to show you the same bulletproof strategy I use to make lots
  32. of money anytime I want with almost hundred percent certainty
  33. of success and close to zero risk of failure.
  34. I'm talking about a strategy that shows . . .
  35. • How I can log on to almost any Internet casino and
  36. within minutes generate a profit of at least $300, all
  37. with low risk and a low investment.
  38. 5
  39. • How my protegees and I have set up regular income
  40. streams, sometimes in excess of $10,000 a week of pure
  41. profits, without any employees, overhead, business
  42. licenses or even the need to leave home!
  43. • How to make small wagers at casino roulette and win
  44. as much as $900.00 an hour using a "hit and run"
  45. system with an average time investment of just 20
  46. minutes per game!
  47. • How it can provide the kind of steady and predictable
  48. profits that almost no other kind of business can.
  49. I have discovered a strategy for playing casino roulette that wins
  50. 98.1% of the coups and an astounding 94.3% of the games.
  51. As a $5 bettor, in a land-based casino, you can make a net
  52. profit of $180 an hour using this strategy.
  53. If, you decide to play in the faster paced online casinos, you can
  54. skyrocket your net profits to over $500 an hour, just using $5 as
  55. your base bet!
  56. Right now, a group of select players are cleaning up at
  57. roulette, and the casino bosses are helpless to stop it unless
  58. they stop offering roulette. And they are not about to do that
  59. because roulette is an essential table game in any first class
  60. casino!
  61. 6
  62. Let me tell you the dirty truth about roulette. The casinos
  63. love this game because the house edge is so high. The bosses
  64. believe that the overwhelming house edge will eventually
  65. grind down everyone who plays the game.
  66. The casino's edge is a tough to beat 5.27% on the American "two
  67. zero" wheels. This kind of house advantage will eat up the
  68. typical player's bankroll very quickly. Even playing the European
  69. "single zero" wheels, with their lower house edge of 1.35%, will
  70. destroy the bankroll of almost all players.
  71. Until now, the only way to beat roulette consistently was to cheat
  72. or to find a biased wheel. I won't even talk about cheating except
  73. to say "Don't even consider it."
  74. However, it is not necessary to find a biased wheel to beat roulette. I
  75. have used a number of different systems to win at blackjack, craps,
  76. roulette and baccarat, and I have won consistently for over ten years.
  77. In a contest between the casino and a player using a really good system,
  78. I am convinced that the player can gain a definite edge, especially if
  79. the house edge is less than 2 percent.
  80. However, the proof that any system is bound to fail is based on a
  81. computerized betting simulation of possible outcomes. These
  82. simulations are unrealistic in that they can't test what skillful handing of
  83. a gaming contest will entail
  84. 7
  85. Individuals have a number of options that simulations do not consider.
  86. A player may quit at the "right time." He may adjust or change his bet
  87. selection methods to respond to changing conditions in the game he is
  88. playing. He may raise or lower his bets as circumstances indicate. He
  89. has the option of pulling off losing tables, with only modest losses.
  90. Conversely, he may go for blood during winnings sessions. He may
  91. lock up profits and limit losses.
  92. The Target Roulette Strategy combines many of these "player
  93. strengths" to reduce the house edge to close to zero. Then, using
  94. specific betting strategies, the player can actually gain an advantage
  95. over the house. The result is that the player can win far higher
  96. amounts much more consistently than conventional analysis of
  97. roulette would predict.
  98. Once you have absorbed how to play and what to do under different
  99. circumstances, and practiced your skill to make sure that you can play
  100. under casino conditions, you will be ready to take on the casinos.
  101. 8
  102. The Target Roulette Strategy was developed over a period of
  103. several years and is designed specifically to beat the roulette game.
  104. The strategy is completely
  105. described in the manual, Target
  106. Roulette. The report you hold in
  107. your hands is a supplement to the
  108. Target Roulette manual. The manual
  109. gives complete details on how to use
  110. the strategy and provides definitive
  111. proof that the strategy works.
  112. Before you can implement the
  113. suggestions in this report, you
  114. should first learn the Target Roulette
  115. Strategy.
  116. The Target Roulette Strategy is a flexible system that can be tailored to
  117. fit just about any playing level. It can be used at roulette tables with $1
  118. bet minimums, $5 minimums, $10 minimum wagers and so on.
  119. This manual may be accessed online at:
  120. http://www.TargetRoulette.com
  121. This dynamic strategy provides consistent reliable winnings and has
  122. built-in safeguards against losses. Because it provides a predictable
  123. string of winnings, it is possible to use the strategy to make large
  124. amounts of money.
  125. 9
  126. Target Roulette Uses A Proven System
  127. to Amass High Winnings
  128. The Target Roulette Strategy uses a simple, but proven
  129. method, of targeting certain numbers on every roulette wheel
  130. and then using this knowledge to run up huge winnings.
  131. There is never any reason to stand around and record
  132. roulette spins.
  133. With this dynamic method, you can start beating the roulette
  134. game as soon as you begin playing! Best of all, there is not a
  135. thing the casinos can do to stop you!
  136. • Using this proven system of finding the key numbers,
  137. the winnings are truly phenomenal.
  138. • Five-dollar bettors have net profits of $180.00 an hour
  139. • Wager with $25 chips and you will have consistent net
  140. profits of over $900.00 an hour!
  141. • You can win $5,000 a day without even breaking into a
  142. sweat.
  143. I have never seen a more powerful proven way to win huge
  144. amounts of money in just a short time period. And the thing I
  145. like the best about the Target Roulette Strategy is the very
  146. low risk!
  147. 10
  148. Many gambling systems win some of the time. The typical
  149. system is usually presented with only its winnings discussed.
  150. Losses are ignored in describing the system. Yet losses are a real
  151. part of casino gambling.
  152. Most gambling systems are very risky and will cost you a lot of
  153. money. They only win occasionally, and when they lose, you will
  154. end up giving back all of your winnings plus all of the money
  155. you brought for gambling!
  156. The typical gambling system is extremely hazardous to your
  157. pocketbook! That is why I am so impressed with this Target
  158. Roulette Strategy. With its very high game-winning rate of
  159. over 94%, your risk of loss is very small. And when you do
  160. lose, you won't lose very much.
  161. That is why Target Roulette has been called "the perfect
  162. winning strategy." Why don't you give it a try? If you order
  163. now, I will include an exciting free bonus manual which will tell
  164. you how you can maximize your return from the casinos. Before
  165. I tell you more about this proven winning strategy, I want you to
  166. know that it is not just another theoretical system. This is a
  167. simple, but powerful, proven system, which works in both actual
  168. casinos and in online casinos. Just click here to lock your copy of
  169. this extraordinary manual.
  170. 11
  171. Do you want to make $10,000 a week playing
  172. roulette?
  173. You can certainly do so with this strategy. How quickly you
  174. win depends on the size of your gambling bankroll and the time
  175. you are willing to spend gambling.
  176. With the advent of Internet gambling, you also have the
  177. option of playing against online casinos as well as the more
  178. familiar land-based ones.
  179. Once you experience the strength of using the Target Roulette
  180. Strategy, you may decide to give up your job and just play
  181. roulette for a living. However, there is more to making this
  182. decision than how much you can make using the strategy.
  183. Neither this system, nor any other strategy is a "sure thing." Life
  184. doesn't offer many guarantees like that. However, if your
  185. experience is like mine, you will have many pleasurable hours
  186. playing and beating the casinos at roulette. And, if you want to
  187. "max out" your winnings from the strategy, this report will show
  188. you how!

  192. Hourly Winnings Playing Roulette
  193. One of the best features about this strategy is its predictability.
  194. While anything can happen over the next few spins at any
  195. roulette wheel table, as you play longer using the strategy, the
  196. results become more and more predictable.
  197. After playing hundreds of games in casinos as well as playing
  198. thousands of simulated games on computers, we determined that
  199. the hourly winnings were pretty much dependent on:
  200. a. The speed of the game and
  201. b. The size of your bets.
  202. So long as you apply the strategy correctly, your hourly wins
  203. will fall within a narrow average.
  204. Assuming an average spin rate of about 100 spins per hour, the
  205. amount you can win per hour is strictly dependent on the size of
  206. your bets, which is determined by your bankroll.
  207. 13
  208. This is very straightforward and simply means that if you play
  209. using $25 chips for your base bets, you should expect to win
  210. more than a player betting with $5 chips. Likewise, the red $5
  211. chip player will average winning more than the $1 chip player.
  212. Table 1 shows the relationship between hourly winnings and the
  213. level of bankroll used at a table averaging 100 bets per hour.
  214. These illustrations are based on the actual results obtained in
  215. hundreds of games played in real casinos. While this table, as
  216. well as the ones that follow, show the amounts you can win over
  217. different time periods with different amounts "invested" in each
  218. game, there is nothing hypothetical about the Target Roulette
  219. winning rates. These amounts are based on actual casino
  220. games.
  221. The top row of the table shows size of the "base bets" you will
  222. use in an individual roulette game. These range from $1 minimum
  223. wagers, all the way up to $25 bets. The beauty of this approach is
  224. its flexibility. For example, when you are first trying the system,
  225. you may want to use the lowest investment possible and start with
  226. $1 chips. It is important to note that you can use the $1 base bet
  227. strategy even on tables with $5 minimums for outside bets. To do
  228. so, you simply make a $5 wager on one of the even-money wagers
  229. (such as red or black) and make the additional $1 based wagers
  230. required by the Target Roulette Strategy.

  251. If you look in the column under Base Bet Size of $1, you will see
  252. the average amounts you can expect to win playing at the levels
  253. appropriate for this level of the strategy. Pages 133 to 136 of the
  254. manual completely review the strategy, relating the amounts
  255. you will win to the levels of bets used.
  256. The first amount under $1 Base Bet Column is $36.07, the amount
  257. you will average winning per hour at this level of play. Please
  258. note that you will not win this amount per hour every hour you
  259. play. If you have only winning games, you will win more. If you
  260. have a losing game, you will win less. This is an average net
  261. profit per hour, including both wins and losses. The longer
  262. you play, the closer your results should be to this average.
  263. The next amount under the $1 Base Bet Column is $108.21, the
  264. amount you would average for three hours of play. I consider
  265. anywhere from three to five hours a day a full day's work in a
  266. casino. Before you scoff at this, remember we are talking
  267. 15
  268. about risking your money in an atmosphere strictly geared to make
  269. the removal of your money as painless as possible. Beating the
  270. casino at its own games is never a cakewalk, and the shortest
  271. amount of time you take to do it do will help you reduce the effect
  272. of the many psychological ploys the casino has devised to relieve
  273. you of your money.
  274. So, at least in my experience, if you bang heads with the casino
  275. for three to five hours, lock up your winnings and walk out the
  276. front door a winner, you have put in a full day's work.
  277. Anyway, getting back to Table 1, playing at the $1 Base Bet
  278. Level, you can win $108.21 if you play for three hours, $144.28 if
  279. you play for four hours, and $180.37 if you stick it out five hours.
  280. These are not large amounts and you should think of your play
  281. with $1 base bets as your "practice play." For serious play, you
  282. will want to make $5 your base bet.
  283. Target Roulette is designed in such a way that you can start
  284. with very small wagers and gradually increase the size of your
  285. wagers as your bankroll grows from your net profits.
  286. As you increase the size of your Base Bets your hourly
  287. winnings will grow.
  288. Using $5 as your Base Bet, you can win about $900 a day if
  289. you play five hours.
  290. 16
  291. When you move up to $10 Base Bets, you will earn about
  292. $1,800 for the same five hours of "work."
  293. By the time you move up to using $25 as your Base Wager, you
  294. will feel like you have arrived. At this level, your Net Winnings
  295. will average over $900.00 an hour. Just so we are clear what we
  296. are talking about, I am showing you the amounts of net profits you
  297. should average for every hour of play. These amounts are not just
  298. based on winning games, but have losing games averaged in as
  299. well.
  300. I know that many promoters will talk about how much you
  301. can make and throw total revenue amounts out as if they were
  302. "bottom line" amounts. I am giving you the true bottom line
  303. amounts that you can expect to remove from the casino. From
  304. these amounts you can deduct tips you pay the dealers and the
  305. costs of travel and staying in a casino location.
  306. However, even if you stay in a suite costing $300 a night and only
  307. dine in gourmet restaurants, these costs will still be small
  308. compared to the amounts you can win using the Target Roulette
  309. Strategy.
  310. 17
  311. Returning to using $25 Base Bets,
  312. you can see that if you play three
  313. hours a day, you will net over
  314. $2,700 and for a full five hours of
  315. play, you will bring in a tidy
  316. $4,500 profit.
  317. I can almost hear your mind calculating. Let me help you.
  318. Let's take a look at how you might decide to move up from $1
  319. Base Bets to $5 Bets and then make your way up to making
  320. $25 wagers.
  321. 18
  322. A Plan to Move Up in the World
  323. One of the strongest benefits of learning the Target Roulette
  324. Strategy is that you can use winnings from the casino to build
  325. your bankroll very quickly. Anyone who can raise a hundred
  326. dollars can get started using this strategy to build a
  327. respectable gambling bankroll.
  328. Starting with a $1 Base Bet, Table 2 shows how you can use
  329. casino winnings to increase the size of your bankroll. There is a
  330. lot of information packed into Table 2. Let's follow the first row
  331. of numbers across.
  332. The left-hand column "Base Bet Size" shows the base size of the
  333. wagers you will make. I have used $1 as the lowest bet, although
  334. there are many wheels with $0.50 or even $0.20 minimum wagers
  335. for inside wagers.
  336. The next column "Total Bankroll Needed" shows the total
  337. bankroll you need to properly play at each level of the strategy.
  338. 19
  339. Because we are conservative, these amounts are higher than the
  340. amount you could get by with, but we would rather err on the side
  341. of caution.

  366. If you decide to use the strategy in a casino allowing $0.50
  367. minimum inside bets, your total bankroll requirement would
  368. be reduced to $180. If you play in at a $0.20 minimum wager
  369. wheel (there are still 20 cent wheels in Las Vegas), you can get
  370. started with a total bankroll of just $72!
  371. The third column, "Winnings Needed to Reach Next Base Bet
  372. Level" sounds like a mouth full. This column shows the total
  373. 20
  374. amount of net profit you need to accumulate at each betting level
  375. in order to have a large enough bankroll to raise the size of your
  376. base bet.
  377. Take a look at the first row. Here the results for a $1 Base Bettor
  378. are shown. The total bankroll requirement for this level is $360.
  379. Let's talk about what this means.
  380. Total bankroll is not the amount used to buy in for each game.
  381. That amount is much less. Your total bankroll is the amount
  382. needed to protect you against unforeseen losses that are way
  383. beyond the limits normally experienced.
  384. Target Roulette's win rate of 98.1% of its coups will protect
  385. you and make losses a very unusual event. In fact, you may be
  386. lulled into a state of complacency and start to feel invulnerable
  387. when you use this system. That is usually when disaster strikes
  388. and the impossible happens and you lose a couple of games out of
  389. the next ten you play.
  390. With a smaller bankroll, you might pull back, or even lose
  391. faith in the strategy. That's why we advocate so strongly that
  392. you use a bankroll with a built-in cushion to protect you.
  393. Let's get back to our $1 Base Bettor. He uses a $360 Total
  394. Bankroll. He has decided that he wants to move up to making $3
  395. Base Bets. Now he wonders how much he has to win in order to
  396. meet the Total Bankroll Requirements for making $3 Base Bets.
  397. 21
  398. The answer to this question in shown in column 3 "Winnings
  399. Needed to Reach Next Base Bet Level." He needs to win $720
  400. before he can safely increase the size of his base wagers to $3.
  401. The last column "Average Hours of Play Needed to Reach Next
  402. Level" answers the next question our $1 Base Bettor probably
  403. has, which is "How long will it take me to make enough profits to
  404. move to the next level?"
  405. In the case of the $1 Base Bettor, the answer is 20 hours. This is
  406. quite a lot of play, especially as compared to moving up from
  407. other levels.
  408. We will go through the table from one Base Bet Level to another
  409. and see what we can learn.
  410. If you look down the last column showing the average hours
  411. needed to move up a level, you will see that the jump from making
  412. $1 bets to $3 bets is the biggest. There is no reason that you
  413. couldn't divide this jump into yet another level and move from $1
  414. to $2 and then on to $3 bets.
  415. After playing several practice games at the $1 or $3 levels,
  416. most players will want to move quickly to making $5 Base
  417. Bets. If you like you can start here. The only requirement to
  418. make wagers at any level is to cover the minimum suggest
  419. Total Bankroll.
  420. If you have $1,800 there is no reason you can't start at the $5 Base
  421. Bet Level. From this level to $10 Base Bets only takes 10 hours
  422. 22
  423. of play. If you play 5 hours a day, in two days you can move from
  424. making $5 Base Bets to $10.
  425. The incentive behind making such a move is to increase your
  426. winnings per hour.
  427. If you look back at Table 1, you can see just how valuable this
  428. option can be. Making $5 level bets you will average net profits
  429. of $180.37 an hour. By moving up to $10 Base Bets, your hourly
  430. net will increase to $360.74.
  431. You might wonder where I have gotten all of these winnings
  432. amounts. These amounts were computed based on thousands
  433. of hours of actual casino play, both in land-based and Internet
  434. casinos. Over the very short term, you profits may vary
  435. considerably.
  436. For example, if you play for ten hours and have no losses (a
  437. very likely possibility), as a $5 Base Bettor, your hourly
  438. winnings will average over $300 an hour.
  439. However, all of the amounts I am presented are net of the
  440. occasional losses. If you started out and had a loss your first
  441. game, you would have a horrible average for your hourly
  442. winnings.
  443. The key to success with this strategy is to follow the rules, which
  444. are presented in a clear, easy to follow, step-by-step fashion, and
  445. 23
  446. to remember that the longer you play, the closer your averages
  447. will come to ours.
  448. Using our time proven averages, if you start at the very bottom,
  449. making $1 Base Bets, you can move up to making $25 Base Bets
  450. in about 48 hours on the average. If you win higher than the
  451. average number of games, up can move up quicker. If you have
  452. more than your fair share of losses, it will take you longer.
  453. Let me digress for a minute and tell you why it is so important that
  454. you have enough money set aside just for your gambling. Have
  455. you ever heard of "scared money?" Scared money is money
  456. risked you cannot afford to lose. It might be used for gambling
  457. or other speculative purposes like playing the stock market. A key
  458. point in determining if the money is "scared money" is to ask
  459. yourself the question, "If I lose this money will it affect my
  460. lifestyle?" If the answer is yes, then you really shouldn't be
  461. gambling with this money.
  462. Can you guess what happens when you play with scared money?
  463. You don't play correctly because you are afraid to lose. If you are
  464. afraid to lose, you will end up doing strange things like losing
  465. more than you should.
  466. With scared money on the line, you will be afraid to take a
  467. loss, because you really can't afford to lose any of the money.
  468. So your behavior changes. When you have a losing game, you
  469. will be reluctant to take your lumps and pull off the table with a
  470. loss. You may pull more money out and continue playing,
  471. 24
  472. because to quit playing would entail recognizing that you had
  473. lost money you couldn't afford to lose.
  474. Once you fall into this trap, your discipline will rapidly disappear
  475. and you will find yourself chasing losses. That’s one of the things
  476. having an adequate bankroll of money especially set aside for
  477. gambling will help you overcome. Having a "risk bankroll" is
  478. designed to protect you from losing control when you gamble.
  479. If you are willing to devote just a few hours a week to
  480. playing roulette you can move up to becoming a $900 an hour
  481. player in an amazingly short time period.
  482. 25
  483. Time and Money
  484. I prepared Table 3 to help you make decisions on how you want to
  485. accomplish the goal of making a set amount of money each week,
  486. every month, or any other time period you want to use.
  487. Let's assume that you have practiced the Target Roulette Strategy,
  488. seen how effective it is, and now want to use it to supplement your
  489. income. Table 3 shows some options on how you might decide to
  490. meet your goal.
  491. Assume that you have decided that you can play roulette three
  492. days a week for three hours per day (nine hours invested in
  493. roulette). You will play on the Internet two nights a week and
  494. have one session in a local casino. Your goal is to make $2,000 a
  495. week.
  496. Looking across the first row "Total Bankroll" gives us an idea of
  497. how much we have to have available to make $2,000 a week
  498. playing roulette for 9 hours.
  499. 26
  500. If we look across the row for Weekly Winnings for 3 days at 3
  501. hours per day, we see that as a $5 Base Bettor we can make
  502. $1,623.33 over nine hours of play and as a $10 Base Bettor we
  503. will average $3,241.66 for nine hour of play.
  504. If we want to make $2,000 a week we will need to play longer
  505. than nine hours a week to reach our goal. Moving down one row,
  506. we see that if we play just three hours more a week we can
  507. make $2,164.44 a week.
  508. If we don't want to play any more hours, than we should
  509. consider increasing the size of our Base Bet. Although it is not
  510. shown in the table, $7 Base Bets will do the trick.

  540. You can use Table 3 to estimate the amounts you will make under
  541. different time and money assumptions. If you want to make
  542. $10,000 every week playing roulette, you have several options.
  543. You can play 4 hours a day for 5 days a week, as a $15 Base
  544. Bettor (winnings are $10,822.20)
  545. You may prefer to put in less time and only play 4 days a week
  546. for 3 hours a day. As a $25 Base Bettor, you can do this and
  547. make $10,822.20 for your efforts.
  548. If you compute annual returns the numbers really look interesting.
  549. Table 4 shows the average net income if you play 25 hours a week
  550. for 50 weeks per year.

  559. in Table 4.
  560. 28
  561. By now you should have a pretty good idea how my protegees
  562. and I have set up regular income streams, sometimes in
  563. excess of $10,000 a week of pure profits, without any
  564. employees, overhead, business licenses or even the need to
  565. leave home! If you would like to join our group and become

  569. An Elephant Never Forgets
  570. Have you ever been to a circus and noticed how a circus elephant
  571. is anchored to the ground? There is a metal collar around one leg
  572. attached to a small chain. The chain is attached to small wooden
  573. peg driven into the ground
  574. Did it ever occur to you that this is not enough to hold a five or six
  575. ton elephant in place if it decided it wanted to leave. Why, all the
  576. elephant would have to do is give the peg a good yank and it
  577. would be free of its tether. But it won't. Do you know why?
  578. When the elephant was a baby it had a collar, chain and peg used
  579. to hold it in place. When the elephant was small, this restraint
  580. system was actually strong enough to keep the elephant in place.
  581. The baby elephant would pull on the chain until a cut appeared on
  582. its leg caused by the collar rubbing its leg. The next time the
  583. elephant tried to pull free, the collar would bite into the sensitive
  584. tissue and it would hurt. So the elephant learned to stop pulling
  585. and trying to escape.
  586. 30
  587. The elephant grew up but it never forgot that bad experience with
  588. the chain and the pain it felt when the collar dug in. So the
  589. elephant thought, "I am not going to pull on that thing because it
  590. does no good, and besides it hurts."
  591. The adult elephant had a "perceived constraint." All of us have
  592. perceived constraints to one extent or another.
  593. Imagine that you were playing roulette at the $5 level and won
  594. $340 in an hour. You had made the decision to stay with nickel
  595. chips until you determined that the strategy you were using was
  596. sound. As the game progressed and your winnings grew you
  597. calculated how much you would be winning if you were playing
  598. with Base Bets using green ($25) chips instead of nickel ($5) ones.
  599. This is a pretty straightforward mathematical conversion, isn't it?
  600. Sure it is when you are just playing with figures. But when you
  601. move up to playing with black chips, your hands may start to
  602. shake a little. As my ol' Daddy used to say, you may feel as
  603. nervous as a hooker in a prayer meeting.
  604. Now you are in a pressure cooker. You are no longer confident
  605. because you have strayed too far from your comfort zone.
  606. At the nickel level, you absorbed four straight losing bets, costing
  607. you $20. But if those bets were made with green chips instead of
  608. reds, you would be out $100, and you'd feel that loss. Would you
  609. have done the same thing at this point, as you did with the red
  610. chips? You probably wouldn't have. Instead, you pulled off the
  611. 31
  612. table, licking your wounds and remembering the bad experience
  613. when you tried to play at the green chip level.
  614. If you have experienced this, even one time, you may very well be
  615. like the circus elephant remembering his bad experience with the
  616. collar when he was a baby. Because of your bad experience
  617. playing at a higher level, you may develop an aversion to playing
  618. at higher levels. Once you develop this perception, you will have
  619. a great deal of trouble moving up to higher playing levels, even
  620. though on paper it looks easy.
  621. 32
  622. How Much Can You Make?
  623. Most people who have not experienced playing in casinos day in
  624. and day out believe that if you can make $100 a day in a casino, it
  625. is just as easy to make $5,000 a day.
  626. If you look at the rate rates in Table 3, you can easily compute
  627. very high win rates. If you want to make $20,000 a week, just
  628. move up to $25 Base Bets $2,000 and play five hours a day, five
  629. days a week. Your winnings should average about $22,546, call it
  630. $22,500 as a rounded amount. If you play just forty weeks a year,
  631. this works out to $900,000 a year. As generation X says, "Just
  632. do it!"
  633. Although the Target Roulette manual shows you a winning
  634. strategy, and this report will give you some ideas on how much
  635. you can make with the strategy, the Target Roulette Strategy is not
  636. a get-rich-quick scheme. Even after you succeed at the lower
  637. levels of play, all kinds of complications come into play when you
  638. try to maximize your success by betting larger.
  639. 33
  640. One factor you will have to contend with is your perceived
  641. constraint against playing and losing at higher levels. If you buy
  642. in for $2,000, you have to accept the possibility of losing two
  643. thousand dollars in a very short time period. Can you handle
  644. this? Even though you know that loses are infrequent and
  645. that the system can overcome the effects of losses, what are
  646. you going to do the first time you buy in for $2,000 and lose
  647. $1,500 of it?
  648. If you play the system correctly, mechanically you will know
  649. exactly what to do. And, it you follow the strategy correctly, this
  650. loss will most likely just be a temporary setback. It is no different
  651. than losing three hundred dollars in a $400 game. Or losing
  652. $37.50 if you buy in for $50.
  653. One of the problems you will face as a $25 Base Bettor is that
  654. your play will come under constant scrutiny. The casino
  655. personnel will be watching your every move like a hawk, because
  656. the size of your play represents a real threat to the casino. Every
  657. win you rack up is giving the casino a loss, and the bosses don't
  658. like that. Even though you are playing a "negative expectation"
  659. game that the house feels secure about, nobody likes to lose. If
  660. you win too regularly and too consistently, it is just a matter of
  661. time before they intervene.
  662. 34
  663. I made my own personal choice about gambling a long time ago. I
  664. prefer to play frequently at moderate levels. I will buy in with
  665. amounts from $1,000 to $2,500 typically and generally be
  666. satisfied with winning $500 to $1,500 per session. I play several
  667. times a month in local casinos and have almost zero heat. Even
  668. though I am a winner, I essentially play for fun.
  669. 35
  670. Rules to Help You Keep Your Winnings
  671. There is no question that if you follow the Target Roulette Playing
  672. and Betting rules you will generate wins. I have even given you
  673. the average wins per hour achieved in actual play. Does this mean
  674. you can relax? Unfortunately no. Even though there is no question
  675. that you will win using this system of play, there is still the issue of
  676. leaving the casino with your profits in hand.
  677. One of our most important rules to help you leave a winner is the
  678. 90% Rule. This rule says very simply that if you are close to
  679. hitting a target profit or a daily profit, that sometimes 90% or so is
  680. close enough.
  681. I recall very well an acquaintance of mine who had a monster roll
  682. at a craps table. When I walked up to the table, Joe was rolling the
  683. dice and playing with $500 chips scattered all over the layout. By
  684. the time he sevened out, he was up over $48,000. This is not bad
  685. considering he bought in less than an hour earlier for a grand. I
  686. strongly urged him to come with me and take a break. I reminded
  687. 36
  688. him how badly he needed this score and how good he would feel
  689. walking out with his winnings intact. He nodded and smiled and
  690. then gave some lame excuse about wanting to bet with just a
  691. couple of more shooters.
  692. I had more than made my nut for that day. In fact, catching the last
  693. ten minutes of his hot craps roll had put me way ahead. I decided
  694. to take a break in the coffee shop and try some of the coconut
  695. cream pie, which was reputed to be the best in town.
  696. I ran into another friend and talked for over an hour. When I came
  697. back out, Joe was still at the same table. I walked up and noticed
  698. his pitiful little pile of green chips. Joe gave me a lame look and
  699. continued to play. I saw him the next day and asked him how he
  700. ended up. "Tapped out," were his words. "You didn't drop the
  701. whole 50 grand did you?" I asked.
  702. "It was only 48 thousand," he responded. "The reason I kept
  703. playing is because I wanted to hit 50 thousand."
  704. As I walked away, I wondered to myself what in the hell is the
  705. difference between 48 thousand and 50 thousand when you are that
  706. much ahead?
  707. I think 48 thousand should have been close enough, don't you?
  708. Any time you are struggling to hit a target profit, are playing on a
  709. short time schedule or just start to hear that little nagging voice
  710. somewhere in the back of your skull telling you to watch out, you
  711. can remember Joe. He should have known that 48 grand was close
  712. enough. Don't ever get hung up on exact amounts. If you are
  713. 37
  714. trying to win $50 and hit $48, you can call it close enough and take
  715. a break. Remember, you will never go broke by taking a break
  716. early and walking off with your profits intact.
  717. If you are not using the Target Roulette Strategy, you're losing
  718. money. You can't lose if you order this strategy now. You can try
  719. the strategy at your leisure - in either your favorite land-based
  720. casino or on the Internet (don't worry if you don't know about
  721. Internet gambling, I'll show you how to do this). If you don't
  722. make at least $2,500 clear profit, I will cheerfully refund your
  723. money. Click here to order online now.

  725. A Week in the Life of a Target Roulette Player
  726. I opened my eyes as a crack of sunlight appeared through a space
  727. left between the heavy curtains. I got up and walked to window
  728. pulling the curtains back. The sun was so bright it almost hurt my
  729. eyes. From my suite in Rio I have a clear view of the strip going
  730. north towards downtown. Traffic looks like it has already come to
  731. a stand still on Las Vegas Boulevard, known affectionately as The
  732. Strip.
  733. This is my fifth day in Las Vegas. Today is the day I wrap this trip
  734. up and head for home. I put on the coffee and munch on a sweet
  735. roll left over from the night before. I look at the summary page in
  736. my notebook.

  748. Average Daily Win = $4,846
  749. Today is the 12th of October, a beautiful, if hot, October day in
  750. Las Vegas. I am starting to plan my day as I take my first sip of
  751. coffee and skim the first page of The Wall Street Journal. This
  752. week's earnings show that I had a fairly good week. My goal has
  753. been to make at least $4,000 a day and with average daily
  754. winnings of $4,846, I am well ahead of my goal.
  755. Last Monday, I started the week playing here at Rio. It does not
  756. have the best roulette wheels in town, but the ambiance is just
  757. fine and the dealers are all very friendly. I spent Monday
  758. morning at a quiet roulette table and by noon I had locked up a
  759. win of over $2,000. I had lunch in the coffee shop, simply a
  760. burgher and an glass of iced tea, and I went back to my room for
  761. some reading and to catch up on my e-mail correspondence.
  762. About 4:00 in the afternoon I came back down and decided to try
  763. a little more roulette. The game started off badly and I pulled
  764. 40
  765. off after giving back almost three hundred dollars of my morning
  766. win. I had violated my own loss limits in doing this, but I was in
  767. a lighthearted mood and my game wasn't as sharp as it should
  768. have been.
  769. Besides, I was ready to change gears. While I love winning
  770. game after game with the Target Roulette strategy, I also like
  771. a change of pace.
  772. The craps pit provided just the change I needed. I used another
  773. powerful winning strategy and the Power Craps strategy lived up
  774. to its name. In a little over an hour I picked up a nice win of
  775. over $1,500 at craps and I called it a day.
  776. I needed to get back to my room, take a shower and change
  777. clothes since I had plans to visit a couple of my local friends
  778. tonight. With a daily net win of $3,230 I was a little short of my
  779. daily goal of $4,000, but it had been my first day here and I like
  780. to ease back into the gambling mode. This was not a bad start at
  781. all.
  782. Tuesday was roulette time. I had wanted to play roueltte at the at
  783. the Monte Carlo for some time and when I woke up Tuesday
  784. morning, I knew that my focus for the day would be roulette.
  785. After my usual morning routine of coffee and reading the paper, I
  786. took a cab to the Monte Carlo, found an empty spot at a roulette
  787. table, and started playing the Target Roulette Strategy.
  788. 41
  789. The strategy didn't fail me. By 1:00 in the afternoon I had
  790. locked up a $3,412 win from playing roulette. I was famished
  791. at this point and decided to head downtown to the Golden Nugget
  792. coffee shop.
  793. You may have noticed that I seem to spend most of my time
  794. eating in coffee shops. When I am with my lovely Diane we
  795. often go to upscale restaurants. When I am on my own, as I was
  796. this trip, I prefer the informality of coffee shops for breakfast or
  797. lunch and steak houses with some of my rowdy friends for
  798. dinner.
  799. After downing a delicious Ruben sandwich and watching people
  800. for about an hour I was ready for another diversion. I had done
  801. so well with roulette in the morning, that I didn't feel much like
  802. another roulette session. I really like playing craps and
  803. blackjack at the Golden Nugget and I finished up my gambling
  804. day with a short craps session, where I won $612 and a very
  805. short blackjack session, adding another $513 to my winnings.
  806. On Tuesday I won $4,537, exceeding my daily goal and
  807. taking some of the pressure off.
  808. Even though I am essentially playing for fun, I still put
  809. pressure on myself to hit certain win levels each day.
  810. Whether I hit them or not doesn't affect my life style, but I
  811. can tell you that my mood is always much better if I exceed
  812. my daily win goal.
  813. Wednesday was a blackjack day. I woke up thinking about
  814. playing blackjack in a smoky, crowded sawdust joint in
  815. downtown Vegas. If you guessed Lady Luck and the Four
  816. Queens you got it right.
  817. 42
  818. When I arrived I cased the blackjack tables looking for certain
  819. signs of a highly beatable table. After walking around for about
  820. ten minutes I spotted an empty table with a pretty young woman
  821. named Susan dealing.
  822. I spent the next four hours at Susan's table, laughing, relaxing
  823. and piling up a win close to six grand. I must have tipped Susan
  824. over two hundred dollars during this time period and it was one
  825. of my more enjoyable blackjack sessions. When Susan's shift
  826. ended I decided to leave as well. I returned to Rio for a meeting
  827. I had set up to discuss some properties I own and after the
  828. meeting I came back downtown for a leisurely dinner at Hugo's
  829. Cellar.
  830. On my way out I noticed some lively action at the craps table. I
  831. vowed to come back the next day and try out the craps and
  832. perhaps try a little roulette action.
  833. On Thursday, I overslept, a not to rare of occurrence after one of
  834. the of the marathon dining sessions at Hugo's Cellar. I first dined
  835. there in 1985, and after all of these years, your lady companion is
  836. still presented with a rose. But they should post a warning. The
  837. dessert cart is hazardous to your cholesterol level.
  838. After my usual coffee and morning paper reading, I started the
  839. day with a five mile walk and used the time to good advantage
  840. planning a book I will start on when I return home.
  841. 43
  842. After the walk, I took a nice long shower, hit Rio's coffee shop
  843. for some bacon and eggs and then I headed back to the Four
  844. Queens.
  845. I arrived about 2:00 in the afternoon. Instead of being dead as
  846. the tables usually are mid-afternoon, one of the open tables was
  847. crowded with the players cheering and giving each other high
  848. fives. While the Power Craps strategy does well on any kind of
  849. table, it is a lot more fun to play on hot tables and I found a spot
  850. next to one of the dealers and I bought in for $2,000.
  851. Naturally the table cooled off almost as soon as I arrived, which
  852. is one of the problems with trying to play any kind of system
  853. relying on hot tables. Fortunately I don't need a hot table and
  854. I managed to win $1,206 in two hours play on a very choppy
  855. table.
  856. Thursday night was celebration time. It was my last night in
  857. Vegas and my winnings had hit an average of $4,846 a day.
  858. I called Diane early afternoon and she caught a 5:00 nonstop into
  859. Vegas and arrived about 7:30 p.m. I arranged for a limousine to
  860. pick her up and our congenial driver. Two iced glasses were set
  861. up on a walnut table when we returned to the limo. A large
  862. assortment of call brand liquors were available. I poured us a
  863. couple of stiff ones, adjusted the stereo, and lay back to enjoy the
  864. 44
  865. ride to the casino. As usual, there was construction in progress
  866. around the airport. Diane smiled and cuddled close saying, "This
  867. is just what I needed. Now what's next?"
  868. I laughed and told her, "Just wait till you see our suite."
  869. At the casino entrance a natty looking doorman helped us exit the
  870. limousine. We immediately went to VIP Services bypassing the
  871. usual lines required to check in.
  872. We went upstairs to our lavish suite. The view of the Strip was
  873. spectacular and I knew that we would enjoy the view later that
  874. night sipping our complimentary Irish coffees.
  875. Our casino host, Marv, arranged for an assortment of cheeses and
  876. other munchies to be delivered to our room along with a bottle of
  877. my favorite bubbly. While finishing off the Champagne, we
  878. brought each other up to date. It's amazing what four days apart
  879. can do. Even though I had lined up dinner at a lavish gourmet
  880. restaurant, Diane confessed she had had a long week and
  881. preferred one of those "kick off your shoes and whatever else
  882. comes off" type of dinners.
  883. She didn't have to twist my arm. It's now Friday morning. I am
  884. sipping my morning coffee. Diane is still sleeping. I could play
  885. some more blackjack today. Or maybe some craps. Or check out
  886. the new roulette table at . . .
  887. 45
  888. Or, I could just take it easy. I chuckled as headed for the
  889. shower. I really don't have to do anything today, do I? After
  890. showering I pulled on the complimentary robe and noticed my
  891. notebook still open to the summary page. I quietly closed it. As
  892. someone said, "Man does not live by bread alone."
  893. 46
  894. Living a Life of Ease
  895. When you go to the casino, you need to remember that your one
  896. purpose is to win. You can drink, party, visit, flirt and relax on
  897. your own time after you have locked up your daily win. After
  898. becoming a proficient Target Roulette player and increasing the
  899. size of your minimum wagers, you will be able to travel a good
  900. part of the year, courtesy of your favorite casinos. This may
  901. become an important part of your retirement plan. You can use
  902. your new skills at roulette to pay for your vacations and pocket
  903. a good deal of change as well.
  904. You may consider becoming a full time pro. Before you make this
  905. step, I want you to think about it very carefully. Whereas playing
  906. several times a month and winning can bring you a great deal of
  907. pleasure, having to play every day to make your daily nut is very
  908. difficult.
  909. Casinos can be glamorous and exciting if you don't have to be in
  910. one every day. On a daily basis, I can think of many things I had
  911. rather do than go through the repetitive grind of play needed to hit
  912. 47
  913. my daily win goal. Everyone is different. If you think you would
  914. like to turn pro, I suggest you take a two week vacation and spend
  915. at least ten of the days in a casino playing roulette four hours a day.
  916. If, after two weeks of this, you are still game for more, then maybe
  917. you have what it takes to become a full time player. If you are like
  918. me, you may have to settle for being a part time pro and playing
  919. less frequently.
  920. I hope you find the Target Roulette Strategy to be a lifetime source
  921. of income and satisfaction. I would like to hear about your
  922. experiences. You may write me in care of the publisher. I wish
  923. you the best in all of your life endeavors.
  924. I have tried to give you a feel for what Target Roulette can do for
  925. you. If you would like to learn even more about this remarkable

  929. How to Play Roulette
  930. Roulette is easy to play and a wide variety of wagers can be
  931. made. The American version is fairly fast with the dealer spinning
  932. the wheel from 80 to 110 times per hour.
  933. The French version of the game is more leisurely with only
  934. 30 or 40 spins per hour.
  935. The bets are basically the same in the French and American
  936. versions of the game, with the principal difference being that the
  937. American wheel has both a zero and a double-zero on it.
  938. The French wheel has numbers 1 to 35 plus a zero. It is the
  939. zero that accounts for the house edge of 2.70%. This percentage is
  940. cut in half on the even-money wagers in European casinos, where
  941. these bets are placed en prison when a zero shows up. They
  942. remain on the table "in prison" until the next spin. For even-money
  943. wagers that win, the bets are returned; for those that lose, the
  944. casino takes the wager. A second option is also offered, that of le
  945. partage (sharing). With this option, when a zero comes up, a
  946. 49
  947. player with an even-money bet keeps half his wager and gives up
  948. half. In Britain no choice is allowed, only le partage is allowed.
  949. With the en prison and le partage rules in force, the house
  950. edge is reduced to about 1.38% for even-money wagers.
  951. The American wheel, with the addition of the double-zero,
  952. offers the same payoffs on wagers, but the extra zero increases the
  953. house edge to 5.26%. When a zero or double-zero occurs, all
  954. wagers lose, including all even-money bets.
  955. The game is played with a wheel containing 37 numbers in
  956. the European version (1-36 plus zero) and 38 numbers in the
  957. United States version (1-36 plus zero and double-zero). The
  958. numbers are printed on spaces marked on a wheel and separated
  959. by metal dividers called frets. The numbers do not run
  960. consecutively and there are different layouts for the French and
  961. American wheels.
  962. 50
  963. An America Double-Zero Wheel
  964. Wagers are made by placing chips in various positions on
  965. the table. The American tables are much smaller than the French
  966. ones, and the players can usually reach the portion of the layout on
  967. which they wish to wager and therefore place their own wagers.
  968. In the French version, the table is much larger, and the croupiers
  969. use a rake to place and pay wagers.
  970. In either game, the croupier or dealer will assist a player
  971. wishing to make a wager.
  972. 51
  973. The casino allows you to bet all of the numbers, including
  974. the 0 and 00. If you bet any of the numbers "straight up" and your
  975. number comes up on the next spin of the wheel, you will be paid
  976. 35 to 1 (you will have your original wager, plus chips equal to 35
  977. times your wager). You can also bet different combinations of
  978. wagers, including two, three, four, five and six number bets, as
  979. well as dozens, columns, red or black, odd or even and high or
  980. low.
  981. The players make their wagers by placing chips on the
  982. spaces of the layout in any manner allowed by the rules. The
  983. dealer starts the wheel spinning, then flips the ball on the bowl's
  984. back so that it travels in the opposite direction of the spinning
  985. wheel. Players may continue to place bets while the ball and
  986. wheel are still in motion until the dealer announces "no more
  987. bets." In the French version, the dealer will state "rien ne va plus",
  988. meaning the same thing. Bets placed on the layout after this
  989. announcement are not valid and will be returned to the player.
  990. 52
  991. When the balls comes to rest, it marks the winning number,
  992. the winning color and any other combination bet made. The
  993. dealer announces the winning number.
  994. On the first spin the dealer has no fixed point from which to
  995. spin the wheel or ball. Thereafter he will spin both from the
  996. position of the winning pocket of the preceding spin.
  997. The various bets are shown in the table below, as well as
  998. the payouts, and typical (American) maximum wagers for each
  999. bet. The diagrams on the opposite page show how to place the
  1000. wagers.

  1035. 54
1036. A single number bet is made by placing a chip on the
1037. number itself without touching any lines. Bets on two numbers
1038. are placed on the line between numbers. Three number wagers are
1039. made on the outside line of the layout. Four number bets go on
1040. the intersection of four numbers.
1041. A five number wager is made on the American wheel and
1042. covers 1, 2, 3, 0 and 00. This wager is placed on the line
  1043. separating the 1,2 ,3 from the 0 and 00 spaces at a corner
1044. intersection. This becomes a four number wager on the French
1045. wheel. Incidentally, the five number American wheel wager has
1046. the distinction of giving the house an edge of 7.89% as compared
1047. to 5.26% for all other wagers on the American wheel.
1048. A six number bet is made by placing the chip at the
1049. intersection of the side line and the line between two rows of
1050. numbers. Bets on columns are made by placing chips on one of
1051. the three spaces on the bottom of the layout, under the columns of
1052. numbers. Dozens are wagered by placing the wager in the
1053. appropriate box. On the French table, 12P
  1054. , 12M and 12D
1055. correspond to 1st, 2nd and 3rd 12s. Bets on adjacent columns or
1056. dozens are placed on the line between the two columns or dozens.
1057. Bets on even-money chances are made by placing the wager inside
1058. the box corresponding to the wager. For instance, a wager on red
1059. is made by placing the bet in the red box on the outside of the
  1060. layout.
1061. In the American version of the game, each player is issued
1062. a different colored chip, so that no two players play with the same
  1063. 55
1064. color chips. Typical colors used are: white, yellow, brown, red,
1065. green and purple. These chips themselves have no value as a
1066. player determines the value of the chips when he buys in. For
1067. instance, one player's chips may represent $.25 each, while
1068. another player's chips may be worth $1.00 each. The dealer
1069. "marks" the value of each color chip with a button.
1070. A player using the colored roulette chips should never
1071. leave the table with the colored chips, as they may not be cashed
1072. in or used in any other casino game. When you are ready to leave
1073. the table, ask the dealer for color and he will change the roulette
1074. chips for regular casino chips.
1075. In the French game, chips represent fixed amounts, such as
1076. five francs, twenty five francs and so on. You need to watch your
1077. own wagers like a hawk as there is no difference in color to
1078. differentiate your wager from anyone else's. Consequently, there
1079. are many more disputes in the French game, and more than once
1080. another player has tried to grab my winnings. I have found that it
1081. pays to stand firm in these matters and that if the dispute can be
1082. resolved in no other way, the house will pay both players.
1083. Because of the size of the French table, you will require the
1084. croupier's assistance if playing many of your wagers. An
1085. experienced croupier will remember your wager (especially if you
1086. tip after winning a large payoff) and can be your ally when these
  1087. disputes arise.

  1289. Excerpts from Beat the
  1290. Internet Casinos!
  1291. Introduction
1292. It was almost 8:00 in the evening. Connor glanced over at Cathy.
1293. Josh had just gone to bed. The house was reasonably quiet with
1294. their three-year old out of the picture. Connor told Cathy he had a
1295. little work left to do and he walked back to their home office.
1296. Connor sat down in front of the computer. It was already on as it
1297. always was, and ready to browse the Internet. Since the cable
1298. company had installed the cable system, allowing continuous
1299. online access, he had decided to leave his computer running twenty
  1300. four hours a day.
  1301. 67
1302. Connor pulled his log book out from the bottom desk drawer. He
1303. immediately flipped to a bookmarked page and smiled. He had not
1304. forgotten the download after all. Now to get down to business.
1305. He reviewed the directory he had set up on his hard drive for the
1306. special software needed for this operation. Sure enough, there was
1307. the file for the WinNow online casino in the proper directory. He
1308. clicked on the file with the "exe" extension and waited while the
1309. file installed itself on his hard drive.
1310. The installation was finished in mere seconds. Now it was time to
1311. earn some money. Using the newly installed software, Connor
1312. logged on to the WinNow casino. He had set up his account the
1313. night before and everything was ready.
1314. Connor smiled to himself at the ease of beating the online casinos.
1315. Find the right casinos, register with them, download the special
1316. software needed to play online. Then begin the operation of
1317. moving cash from the casino's account to his.
1318. He reviewed the menu of the casino's offerings. Even though this
1319. casino offered twenty-four games, attended to by scantily clad
1320. virtual attendants wearing low slung togas, barely covering their
1321. charms, he didn't hesitate to pick the game he wanted.
1322. The game launched successfully using his recently downloaded
1323. casino software. He selected the "play for fun" mode and played
1324. for a few minutes to get a feel for the game. It was the familiar
1325. Starnet software; there was no need to spend much time practicing.
  1326. 68
1327. He had played similar software many times. The results were
1328. highly predictable the way he played the game.
1329. There was still one more thing he wanted to check. He reviewed
1330. his e-mail. WinNow had send him an urgent electronic message,
1331. thanking him for signing up and explaining how he could "earn" a
1332. bonus for playing with them. He chuckled. He definitely was
1333. going to earn this bonus and more.
1334. He changed the play mode to playing for real. His $1,000 deposit
1335. was there, matched by an additional $200 from the casino. He
1336. turned on his calculator. Everything was ready.
1337. Connor went into his playing mode. His right hand would clink on
1338. the mouse to enter a wager and as soon as the wager was made his
1339. hand would fly to the calculator to record it. He occasionally
1340. consulted a small chart when he was uncertain how to proceed.
1341. After fifteen minutes of play, he noted that he had logged in
1342. enough time for half a session. He had won $480 from the casino.
1343. Time to take a break. He trotted down the hall and mixed himself a
1344. scotch and water. There was no need to break into a sweat over
1345. this he smiled. Cathy asked him to bring her a decaf. She was
1346. watching her favorite TV show and he promised he would join her
  1347. in a few minutes.
1348. He logged off the WinNow casino. He would let his winnings sit a
1349. few days, play another time or two and then cash out. So long as
  1350. 69
1351. he played in exactly the right manner, he could continue his
1352. winning methods with virtually no heat from the online casinos.
1353. He selected a different Internet gambling site, the Loving Touch
1354. Casino. What a jerky name he thought. But it didn't matter.
1355. Loving Touch met every item on his list for another casino where
1356. winning was almost a given.
1357. He noted that he was up over $575 from his last playing session.
1358. He recorded the amount in his log and searched for a different
  1359. game.
1360. He had racked up a good win at craps last time, but tonight he was
1361. impatient. Craps was fun, but it took a little too long. He opened
1362. the baccarat room and was greeted by a virtual croupier, complete
1363. with tuxedo. He "sat down," or rather moved his mouse in the
1364. correct manner to indicate that he was joining the game, and began
  1365. playing.
1366. Before he started, he made sure he had totaled out his wagers from
1367. the previous game. He started the same routine. He would enter a
1368. bet with a couple of mouse clicks and then repeat the same bet on
1369. his calculator. In another thirteen minutes, he was ready to wrap
1370. up this session. He had won $490, bringing this evening's total
  1371. winnings to $1,065.
1372. He had one more thing to do. He flipped a few pages in his
1373. notebook and noted another download he wanted to make.
  1374. 70
1375. He entered the new Internet casino's URL in his browser, and in a
1376. few seconds he was offered the chance to download the software
1377. for the English Butler Casino. He set up the download to begin,
1378. and the software starting transferring a file over the Internet from
1379. the virtual casino to his personal computer. Now he was finished.
1380. He would check on the status of the download before retiring for
1381. the night, but for now he wanted to keep Cathy happy.
1382. He grabbed his scotch and water and headed for the family room.
1383. Cathy was bringing him up to date on her favorite sit com before
1384. he even sat down. He smiled at her antics. She had both feet
1385. firmly planted on the ground except for a couple of deviations, one
1386. of which was the Peoples' Plot. It was the silliest thing he had ever
1387. seen, but she loved it.
1388. As she filled him in on the latest antics involving a family
1389. populated by lunatics who all lived in the same mid western town,
1390. he thought about his new business.
1391. He was making over $5,000 a week by gambling on the Internet
1392. five times a week. He never played on Friday or Saturday nights,
1393. and he usually took Sunday night off as well, making up for the
1394. lost session by playing one afternoon during the week.
1395. He couldn't slight the hourly pay. He was earning about $750 an
1396. hour, even counting his administrative time.
1397. There is no question that gambling on the Internet is on the rise.
1398. Connor is doing just that, risking real money and piling up
1399. winnings at a rapid rate.
  1400. 71
1401. The purpose of this book is to show you exactly how to beat the
1402. Internet casinos. I have been a frequent patron of land-based
1403. casinos for many years, and until recently I never believed I would
1404. wager on the Internet. As an old timer once told me, "Never get
1405. into a dice game using invisible dice."
1406. With great skepticism I started investigating online gambling about
1407. six months ago. What I found will astound you. Online casinos
1408. offer an advantage that is never found in "real world" casinos. The
1409. advantage I am talking about is not the obvious one — the fact that
1410. you can play them from home.
1411. While this may be considered a unique way to gamble, it is not the
1412. advantage I want to share with you. Incredibly, many online
1413. casinos have a flaw in their basic structure which turns what is
1414. normally a casino-favored game into a player favorable game.
1415. Once you know about this "flaw," you can play the online games
1416. with every expectation of being a consistent winner.
1417. My job is to tell you everything you need to know to learn about
1418. how to consistently beat the online casinos. Once you have this
1419. knowledge, you will be able to turn playing online into a very
1420. profitable part time endeavor or even become a full time player.
1421. Let's move into the world of Internet gambling. Throughout this
1422. book I will refer to the addresses for different web pages. These
1423. addresses are called URLs, which is short for Uniform Resource
1424. Locators. The URLs I will show you were current when this book
1425. went to press, but the Internet is constantly changing and URLs
  1426. 72
1427. will change. I will share with you a number of online resources
1428. you can use to find web site, but one trick you can use when a URL
1429. can not be found is to drop all of the address following the
1430. extension "com," "net," or "org." Here's an example. Assume you
  1431. try to reach:
  1432. http://www.gamblingnews.com/sources_now.htm (I made this up
1433. so don't try this address).
1434. If you reach a dead link, just cut off everything following ".com"
1435. which will give you the URL of the main site
1436. http://www.gamblingnews.com. You should reach something
1437. there unless the entire site is vanished.
1438. If you are not yet online, I advise you to gain Internet access as
1439. soon as possible. You can buy a new computer which will do
1440. everything you need to access the Internet casinos for $500. If
1441. even this is too steep for your budget, consider a used computer for
1442. even less. So long as you stick with a Pentium class computer (or a
1443. comparable offering from Apple), you will be fine. If you have
1444. been delaying making this step, this book will give you a strong
1445. incentive to get online now.
  1446. 73
1447. There is a fortune to be made from the web casinos, and I am going
1448. to show you exactly how to do it!

  1452. 74
1453. Internet Gambling is on the Rise
1454. Whenever he is unable to sleep or needs a quick pick-me-up, Bob
1455. turns on his home computer, finds an Internet casino and gambles
1456. away his money using his credit card and a mouse.
1457. From the privacy of his home he can find almost 800 casinos
1458. online and turn his PC into an electronic casino. His bets will be
1459. accepted 24 hours a day, and the online casinos offer a greater
1460. variety of games than the land based ones.
1461. Fueled by the explosive growth of the Internet and by a general
1462. acceptance of gambling as a legitimate form of entertainment,
1463. online gambling is growing at a torrid rate.
1464. All studies of Internet gambling agree that it is growing very
1465. rapidly. It more than doubled from 1997 to 1998, according to a
1466. widely cited report by economist Sebastian Sinclair. From 1998 to
1467. 1999, the number of online gamblers increased from 6.9 million to
1468. 14.5 million, with revenues growing from $300 million to $651
  1469. 75
1470. million. By 2001, Sinclair predicts that there will be 43 million
1471. Internet gamblers generating $2.3 billion in revenue. Estimates of
1472. the current number of online casinos range as high as 850. I have
1473. tracked down about 700 of them (See Appendix A for a complete
  1474. list of Internet Casinos).
1475. Games range from traditional casinos games like video poker and
1476. slot machines, to poker, keno, bingo and other games. Here is a list
1477. of games offered by just one online casino: Baccarat, Blackjack,
1478. Craps, Pachinko, The Dragon Spirit Pachinko, Victory Poker,
1479. Caribbean Poker, Free Ride Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Red Dog,
1480. Roulette, Sic Bo, Slots, Gold Rush Slots, Magic Hat Sportsbook,
1481. Video Poker, Deuces Wild Video Poker, Jacks or Better Video
1482. Poker, Joker's Wild Video Poker, King of Decks, War, and Battle
  1483. Royal.
1484. Because the uncertain legal status of Internet gaming in the U.S.,
1485. virtually all online casinos that accept wagers are located outside of
  1486. the United States.
1487. Some online casinos are fronted by celebrity pitchmen such as
1488. former NFL star turned actor and beer pitchman Bubba Smith
1489. (http://www.bubbascasinos.com) and daredevil motorcyclist Evel
  1490. Knieval (http://www.evelknievalcasino.com).
  1491. 76
1492. Other online casinos are themed to offer everything from social
  1493. experiences (http://www.TheSinglesCasino.com) to a casino
1494. designed to appeal to motorcyclists (http://www.easyrollers.com).
1495. For those of us who gamble on the Internet to win, themes are of
1496. little importance. The theme of the casino does not give us any
1497. clue at to whether the casino is beatable.
1498. Technologically, many of the casinos are very similar as there are a
1499. relative handful of software developers for the online casinos
1500. games. Each casino using software from the same developer will
1501. have a similar appearance to others casinos using the software.
1502. Generally, online gambling sites are divided into three categories,
1503. based on types of technology used.
1504. Many e-casinos require prospective gamblers to first download a
1505. program onto their local computer before playing. Usually the
1506. programs are free. These online gambling sites can be good places
1507. to start your play as, once installed, the programs offer great
1508. graphics, sound, animation, and of course, the chance to play for
  1509. free.
1510. The drawback to the sites requiring downloads is that you will have
1511. to wait for the application to download from the casino's site to
1512. your own hard drive. This process scares many Web newcomers
1513. off as they don't know how to download and install a downloaded
1514. program. I will review this process for you shortly, so that you will
1515. be able to download without fear.
  1516. 77
1517. Since downloading usually takes some time and ties up your
1518. computers' resources while the process is occurring, I usually
1519. schedule downloads to occur after I have gone to bed or at some
1520. other time I won't be using my computer.
1521. A slight disadvantage to downloading a file off the Internet is the
1522. risk of downloading a computer virus along with the file. You
1523. should install good virus protection software on your computer
1524. before you download any files off the Internet. You may download
1525. either freeware or shareware anti-virus programs at
  1526. http://www.davecentral.com. I use Norton Anti-Virus software
1527. which can be continuously updated via the Internet, so that the
  1528. program is always current.
1529. The second type of software used by the online gambling sites is
1530. JAVA software instead of the downloadable programs. JAVA is a
1531. computer language developed by Sun Microsystems in 1995.
1532. JAVA software allows programs to create little programs known as
1533. applets which are embedded directly into a web document.
1534. When online casinos use JAVA, these applets run directly through
1535. your Internet Browser. All of the JAVA sites offer fairly good
1536. graphics, and some offer sound and animations as well.
1537. I am not a fan of casinos using JAVA. With a JAVA casino, you
1538. have to load the software every time you play; whereas, with
1539. downloaded software, you can begin playing almost instantly once
1540. the software has been installed on your computer. I have also
  1541. 78
1542. found that JAVA applets occasionally freeze my browser. In such
1543. a situation, you may not be sure whether your last bet was accepted
1544. or not. At any rate, it is very disrupting to have start over in the
  1545. middle of a game.
1546. The third type of site found uses software based on HTML (Hyper
1547. Text Markup Language), which is the standard language used to
  1548. create Web pages.
1549. Sites using only HTML are fast to play, but they often have cheesy
1550. graphics and no sound or animation.
1551. Problems associated with online gambling far outweigh the
1552. benefits for many would-be casino operators and gamblers.
1553. Issues include concern about the possibility of rigged games and
1554. low pay-outs, software copyrights, credit card debt, proving the age
1555. and eligibility of players and monitoring and regulating online
  1556. gambling.
1557. While online gambling is legal in many parts of Europe, Latin
1558. America, Australia, Asia and the Caribbean, it remains in a legal
1559. gray area in the United States.
1560. Legalities are still being hashed out in this area where technology
1561. has clearly outpaced the law.
  1562. 79
1563. There are many reasons why wagering online is going to be around
1564. a long time. First and foremost is convenience. In the past ten
1565. years there has been explosive growth in the gaming industry.
1566. From coast to coast, there are thousands of new gaming
1567. establishments all over the USA, but they still cannot match the
  1568. pervasiveness of the Internet.
1569. Convenience is one of the online gaming industry's biggest
1570. attractions. How else can you win $300 at lunch time playing
  1571. baccarat online?
1572. Another reason the online casinos are growing so rapidly is
1573. privacy. Many players in land-based casinos are reluctant to try
1574. table games such as blackjack, craps, roulette or baccarat out of a
1575. fear that they will appear foolish. With just your mouse, keyboard
1576. and monitor as your companions, there is little reason to feel
1577. inhibited, and many persons, who would not normally play casino
1578. table games in a real casino, are playing the games in the electronic
  1579. casinos.
1580. Another factor to consider is variety. Only a few of the world's
1581. largest casinos can come close to offering the variety of games
1582. found in the Internet casinos. With over 30 games available online,
1583. plus sports betting, bingo, scratch cards and even lotteries, the
