  6. 400g minced chicken
  7. 60g chopped pistachios
  8. 2 tbsp olive oil
  9. 100g of flour
  10. 1/4 teaspoon of powdered turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  12. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  13. 1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
  14. 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  15. Lemon
  16. Salt & pepper
  17. Preparation
  18. In one bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, pistachios, egg, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, salt and pepper.
  19. Take the mixture by spoonfuls into balls and roll in flour.
  20. Heat oil. Fry over high heat half the meatballs, turning frequently. Repeat with the other half. Drain on paper towels.
  21. Serve with lemon.
