The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront or the V&A attracts more than 23 million visitors a year and you are bound to be the next one. It is one of the places to visit in South Africa. This waterfront is situated in a working harbour in Cape Town and is the oldest one in the country. You can visit the two ocean aquariums here as well as the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island. Though this place is constantly being developed, it does not lose the authentic, port-town feeling you see in pirate movies.
