India wins the first ODI against New Zealand at Dharmshala. The toss was won by India and sent the opponents to bat first. New Zealand had a bad start with wickets falling and were all out for 190 runs in the 44th over. Replying to the target India started well with openers giving a good start. India won the match easily and taking the series 1-0.
