• Regarding PTW Procedure, To be a source of Communication Between Maintenance (preventive and corrective) and SD-Planning Dept.

• Trouble shooting of Various Issues in Field Related to Shutdown Job Scopes Regarding Permits and Other Safety Measures.

• To Handle & Control Different SIMOP Activities Through Effective Coordination Between Maintenance Supervisors, HSE & Operations Authorities

 WORK PERMIT PROCEDURES

• Well known about work permit procedure of Different Oil & Gas Plants, Chemical Plants & Oil Refineries in Pakistan & Qatar Ras Laffan and Mesaid Industrial Cities.

 CRITERIA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinating with all groups for permit to work activities, reviews of the PTW system.

• Plan, develop and implement strategies, establish and maintain appropriate systems.

• Undertake audits on procedures and field activities. Managing permits for electrical & mechanical during shutdown and pre-commissioning phases.

• Coordinating with commissioning group and construction for start up activities, handling different permits job wise, from n2 system purging to o2 free.

• PTW system implementation on site, preparing of all supported documents for authority to work and isolations/de-isolations.

• Support the company in coordinating work activities by running and ensuring that the system is adhered to by all parties, and auditing of ongoing activities.

• Implementing the PTW system in accordance with agreed facility plans. this includes the implementation and generation of suitable, and sufficient risk assessments and controls to support work activities.

• Assist company implement work plans by efficient implementation of the permit system.

• Support development of, maintain & coordinate job reviews and updates to the PTW system. attend PTW training & assessments,

• Support Company and sub-contractors maintain compliance with the company, procedures &standards.

• Advice, monitor & audit PTW activities. Conduct site inspections, particularly high risk sites that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements.

• Provide input into planning work activities. Support environmental & waste management positions.

• assist company through revisions of specific local rules, standard operating procedures, operational instructions and HSE plans

• Assist in the review and advise on risk assessments, method statements, for the company and its sub-contractors, and ensure their application. Maintain working contact with other PTW coordinators both onsite and at other locations to facilitate.
