1. Create a subdomain + hosting for free on webzdarma.cz (Alternatives like 000webhost can be used as well). You can also use free .tk domain on freenom.com
2. I created a simple html webpage in a free app called Mobirise and chose one of the template and done. You can download mine from the link below.
After downloading, Unzip and open project.mobirise in mobirise.exe which is found in C:\Program Files (x86). After opening in Mobirise, write your email address where you will be receiving the codes.
3. Click on Publish in Mobirise and choose Folder under local.
