William Wanczyk, 55, a previous Northampton firefighter, as per Mass Live, was murdered in November of 2016 after he was squashed to death by an attempt at manslaughter pickup truck driver. The truck swerved from the street and hit Wanczyk, at around 9:38 p.m. on a Sunday night in November of 2016, while he was sitting at a transport stop close to the U.S. Mail station on North Pleasant Street, Mass Live detailed.
The attempt at manslaughter driver was speeding without headlights when he lost control, veered off the street, hit and smashed Wanczyk to death, the Northwestern District Attorney's office said.
The transport shield in which Wanczyk was sitting was additionally devastated in the crash.
The driver sped on after the crash. He later deserted his seriously harmed truck some separation from the crash site.
